It was just past 10pm on the 4th of July, and my family was hoping to make it to the nearest ice cream shop after fireworks had ended. We were a few minutes late, but fortunately this Baskin Robbins was still open! The owner (whose name escapes me) and another employee, Amy, were staying open for last-minute customers. They were very patient and friendly, and even cracked a few jokes while my family took its time choosing our flavors (we all tried the Oreo Cake Batter and agree that it's one of the best flavors out there). I went here today with my mother and sister on the off chance that they had my favorite flavor (which is a seasonal one, and none of the other Baskin Robbins we'd been to have had it). The owner was INCREDIBLY friendly and went into the freezer to see if they had it. I have a dairy allergy, and have never found very many exciting flavors at a Baskin Robbins, but the owner pulled out the Lemonade Iced Tea flavor (dairy free) out of the freezer in the back, just to let me try, and it was superb. Summer's around the corner and it's been really hot recently so I've been treating myself out to ice cream from various places and oh boy I'm I glad I stopped by. As I walked in I was treated with a warm smile and a happy hello. I didn't know what I wanted and was very indecisive but the guy gave me a sample of different flavors, (plus he was extremely funny and made me laugh a lot as I was sampling) I told them I like the Mc.Flurry at Mc Donald but I want it minty and the girl worker told me we don't have that but I'll make it for you (so sweet) She got me the minty and cheesecake ice cream with M& M mix and it was delicious! Much better then the McFlurry. I have to point this out since I'm a sucker for symmetry and shapes. As she was scooping the mint flavored ice cream, beside the fact that it was a big scoop, it was THE most perfect spherical scoop I've ever seen. It was like a circle that had no rough edges haha If your last wish was to see a perfect circle, I'd be like, bro, I got you, come to this Baskin Robbins. I was very amazed. I live right down the street from this place, and started coming here a few months ago. First of all, they have amazing service. Everyone is nice, and the owner is there all the time, and introduces himself, and waits on customers. Second, it is a very clean establishment, Third, the selection of cakes is impeccable and the designs are first class and very unique! The cakes (I've ordered two) are always delicious! Fourth, they always have a great ice cream, and a wide variety of flavors that are pre packaged in the freezer. Ice creams are pretty good but the shakes are not. Their service is not that great because it's a bunch of kids running the place.

My sister brings her kids her all the time and tells me how great the service is and how fast and friendly the staff is, I was in the neighborhood and decided to go check it out for myself as I walked in Yvonne said hello and was very friendly and patient with me as I was deciding on what I wanted to order as I was looking at the menu. Wow this is the best ice cream shop in town. Hands down the best ice cream cakes in the Bay Area. Every thing is better served cold. Tim the owner takes really good care of his clients and his ice cream. Me and my wife come here with our 1 year old daughter and get her a warm cookie which are fresh. I've been going to this Baskin Robbins for three years and love it. Yesterday Tim the owner turned me on to a new treat, "Maui Brownie" which is super creamy like ice cream but it's actually a frozen yogurt with hardly any fat and only 60 calories. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME! Nearly closing time and my boyfriend and i go in to get me a cone because i was having back pain. We walk in and are immediately greeted by the manager! I order the heath flavor ice cream on a sugar cone while my boyfriend is have a small conversation as to why we are there and as we go to pay he askes who had the back pain then kindly says "Its on the house, don't even worry about it!" quickly after shows us the ice cream cake for mothers day that are affordable and adorable!
