Amazing experience with ordering our custom golf ice cream cake. I ordered a week in advance and was able to upgrade the size calling a few days ahead with the baker (Heaven). I also drew the design and made a few requests and Heaven didn't hesitate with anything. The box it comes in is huge, and I picked it up Friday but it couldn't fit in our freezer. I called and asked if I could bring it back and store it in their freezer for us to pick up Saturday morning. We also accidentally rubbed some frosting off on the side trying to fit the cake in our freezer and the baker helped re do the section within 10 minutes. They helped us so much and did an amazing job with the design. I live in West LA and checked out the other BR locations and their cakes. Hands down, pick this location if you want a well done cake. All their cakes in the freezer and displays are well executed, plus you get great customer service. read more

Yuuuuuuum! The ice cream at Baskin Robbins, no matter the location, is always yummy. I love ice cream and had never been to this location so I thought I would try it. I'm glad I did. The service was great and very friendly. The inside was very clean. I chose to sit and eat my ice cream inside instead of making a mess in my car. I had Jamocha and Lemon sorbet in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. My only criticism is that I wish they had a cone stand at the register so that it would be easier to pay. read more

This is one of our favorite B&R. I was bummed because they had removed all the indoor seating for some time, but it is back, so you can sit and enjoy your ice cream with friends if you want. This one has great parking in their lot, sort of a strip mall. It is right on Pico Blvd. and easy to find. The service is so wonderful. We are always happy. The employees are super. The ice cream is great. They have many flavors, 31 I think, and they now have vegan options. We also love their shakes and floats. This dairy free (vegan) chocolate chip cookie dough flavor is the BEST chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in the world (quote me ‍). CCCD is my favorite flavor so please believe that I have tried this everywhere and Balsom Robbins does it best. It isn't just drops of cookie dough in vanilla ice cream, it is a true incorporation of the cookie dough and chocolate flavor. This location serves it and all other hopefully do by now too. We get a quart of it every time and pray that will last us a week. So delicious. Only reason I knocked a star off was because the young lady behind the counter seemed a bit impatient with us, but it happens. Ive been there. Sometimes you don't have the patience. I frequently order Baskin-Robbins delivery late at night for myself and my girlfriend and every time I call to inquire about special favors that aren't listed in the delivery app menu. Without fail my calls are always fielded by a very nice, and receptive employee who amends my delivery order to get me those monthly flavors. There is no reason someone should need to answer the phone at 9:30PM to field questions about ice cream but she does anyway. On average I purchase about 3 of them a year and I've visited a few different stores that have all been fine, but this one takes the cake - no pun intended. I recently ordered 3 different cake themes with different flavors of ice cream and they were all perfect. Everyone loves an ice cream cake, so next time you're thinking of a birthday cake, give it a try. Friendly service, very reasonably priced and they helped me out to the car. I will be back for sure. I had such a great experience with the lovely staff at this Baskin Robbins location that I absolutely had to share. I have ordered two ice cream cakes from them recently: one a two-tier cake with blue ombré on the bottom and "water" droplets on top and another a Wii U controller cake. They listened to everything I had asked, worked with me to figure out the best solutions and met every need with kindness, patience and great attitude. In addition to that I felt like a winner because the price I payed for a two-tier cake was a fraction compared to what I would've had to pay for a regular cake. I went in to the store on 15AUG and ordered a small rectangular ice cream cake to be picked up on 16AUG. I advised it was 2 flavors of ice cream and no cake and was for my sons 40th birthday. When I placed the order with Gabby she asked what I wanted on the top of the cake and I said Happy Birthday Citric. She asked if I wanted any flowers or anything and I said no I was going to just put a 40th candle on top. I paid in full at that time. When I went to pick up the cake they brought it out and instead of the writing being on the top of the cake it was on the front of the cake. I asked why is the writing on the front and not on the top of the cake? I also said you can't even tell what the name says all you could decipher was the C. The young lady ignored my question and said I have to charge you another 6.99 because they forgot to charge you more since it doesn't have any cake in it. I said you're going to charge me more money when the cake is wrong? She then picked up the phone and called someone and was asking how to charge me the 6.99 as she didn't know how. I asked are you speaking to the manager and she said yes. I said please also tell them the cake is wrong and why should I have to pay the additional cost. She hung up and then the phone immediately rang and she spoke to them and then hung up. She said as a courtesy to me they would not charge the 6.99. She said there was some miscommunication regarding the cake and that I had said I was going to decorate it myself. I said no I said I was only going to put a 40th candle on it. Again she ignores what I said and says there was some miscommunication and when you told her to specifically leave the top blank as you wanted to decorate it yourself. I said that conversation absolutely never took place. I said Gabby asked if I wanted flowers on the top and I said no it was for my sons 40th birthday and I would put a 40th candle on top. The entire time the decorator was standing smirking behind her. She then took the cake to the decorator to have her scrape off the writing on the front and to put it on the top. She slapped some more white frosting on it which was very poorly done. The writing for Citric was a little better but still kind of hard to read. I have been going to this location for years and years since it opened and have never experienced such poor customer service. No apology or empathy what so ever. This is the BEST Baskin Robbins I have ever been to in my entire life! We stopped by here today, for a special treat, after my son had his blood drawn :) Sharooz was extremely kind to me and my son. He was very patient with my son, as he sampled a couple different flavors. My son has a really bad nut allergy and Sharooz made sure no nuts were around and used an extra clean and sanitized ice cream scooper for him, without me even having to ask. Parking at this location is great! Make sure to take the survey on your receipt to get $1 off your next $4 or more purchase and let the corporate office know how amazing this location is! I don't know what's going on with this location. We have had ice cream from here several times and the portions were normal. Lately I have ordered my daughter sundaes and the servings are anemic both delivery and in person. We went in Person tonight and we ordered from two separate workers/servers and my husbands portion size was double that of mine and my daughters. The friendly young man working there served the scoops the way they are supposed to be served and the young lady who served ours didn't even serve the equivalent of a kids size scoop. The ice cream is not cheap and we expect correct serving sizes. No consistency. Next time we go there we will request that he serve us or not go at all until there is some consistency.
