I've been ordering vegan cakes from top-tier treats for the last three years and I'm a happy repeat customer. Their customer service team is extremely helpful and accommodating. They've also adjusted pick up times without any issue which I greatly appreciate. We also like the various vegan options which are hard to find elsewhere.

    Chunky chocolate chip cookie

I was given the chunky chocolate chip cookie as a thank you treat and it was sooo good! It is a big cookie which I loved. I do have a sweet tooth so didn't find it overly sweet or heavy. The sprinkled sea salt on top was the perfect touch. I think it would pair so well with a glass of milk or some black coffee for those who love that combo. I also appreciated how well it was wrapped.

We ordered my son's birthday cake with only four days' notice. It turned out beautiful and we got lots of compliments at his party. It also tasted delicious!

A picture of what I asked for in Teal with my daughter's name instead of Lucia and 5 instead of 3.

This was my first time ordering a cake and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I asked for a Gabby's Dollhouse cake 2 weeks in advance. I sent 2 different pictures. We agreed to the below cake or something similar but in teal to match Gabby's dollhouse. They charge me an extra $10 for the #5 and wanted to charge and extra $10 to make it gold so I agreed to pink. I said I would drop off the toppers, but completely forgot. It was interesting that they never called to ask when I would bring it. The day before I pick up I remembered and dropped off the toppers in person. The next day I sent my husband to pick up the cake and this is what they made.... No happy birthday, no name. The literally just made a teal cake and put the toppers I asked for on top. I'm sure it will taste good, but my 5 year old is not happy and neither am I. This cake was $140

8 inch 2 layer Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese filling and buttercream frosting

We loved our cake! We got a 2 layer 8 inch red velvet cake with cream cheese filling for roughly $140. The price will obviously change depending on what you add but it was a good price compared to the 8 other bakeries I called in the area. They were very responsive both on the phone and via email. Jamaica was particularly friendly and helpful! Everyone who ate it only had amazing things to say about the cake! Maybe one of the best red velvets we've ever had. A lot of people asked for the bakery name, and we'll definitely be ordering again.

Such an amazing store. From start to finish they were all so sweet, genuine and talented! Best experience! Thank you for an amazing birthday cake for my BF's 30th

10/10!!! The staff here is so accommodating and friendly. I ordered a banana cake with chocolate ganache and it was a HUGE hit for my friend's birthday. The cake was simply delicious. They added writing and flower decorations for free and it looked beautiful. I also greatly appreciated how they were willing to take a somewhat last minute order on a Monday morning for a Wednesday pickup. This team clearly cares about their customer experience! Do not hesitate and order from Too Tier Treats!

Wanted to update my review, the cake tasted amazing and is very beautiful was just a bit disappointed in the color mix up. The person on the phone seemed like they were irritated or something so that made it a bit stressful ordering it. And they told me I had to re-send my email of what I wanted. I would just make sure to triple check all the details before ordering so it's clear. They did amazing and offered to re-do it but I didn't have time. Would definitely order again for a beautiful vegan and delish cake.

Wow, the pecan bar is a butter bomb!! Don't wanna know how much butter they use, don't need to know. Light saltiness balances it somewhat. Totally worth $4.99. Red Velvet Cupcake - Small but good. Cake was moist but kinda chewy. Would not get again Berry cake slice - Light and delicious! Maybe it's the berry mousse and purée. Love the subtle berry frosting. They also sell pies and cheesecake. Several creative, colorful cakes on display inside, look too pretty to eat. They can accommodate dietary requests. For special orders, please give them a week. Cakes are expensive but for a special occasion I would consider Top Tier. Friendly service and their own private parking lot! Hope they sell Chocolate Peanut Butter by the slice. Just wish the one day they're closed wasn't Sunday.

    Birthday Cake

We had tried their cake at a birthday party and it tasted amazing! So it was without hesitation that we ordered a red velvet for my son's 3rd Birthday and everyone loved it! For me the most important thing is for a cake to not taste too sweet and it was exactly that!

Custom ordered a cake for my birthday and sent over a few ideas, but the TTT team came up with an even better one than what I had sent over! Looked and tasted great and will be ordering again!

TTT is a very cute dessert place on Pico just west of Sawtelle. There's alot of treats to choose from and I had a slice of berry vanilla cake and a small chocolate cupcake. Service is professional and there's some chairs to sit at outside but no table(should be a few small tables). I drop a star for small size, lack of furnishings and high prices for below average value. Recommended.

The two cakes we ordered... loved how they looked and tasted!

If you need a cake for a special occasion, whether a birthday party, anniversary, or any other celebration, look no further than this place. Over the years, we have ordered several cakes from them and every time they outdo themselves. This year we got two cakes for my daughter and Son's joint three and five year birthday parties, and Top Tier Treats knocked it out of the park. In terms of design, I shared what I was looking for Farm themed, dual cakes, one in a smaller size, with specific animals (including a unicorn on one because that's what my daughter wanted), and it turned out beautifully. Beyond my expectations. But the cakes don't only look good they taste really good too. One of my favorite flavors is their banana bread flavor which is just delicious and not too sweet. The other flavor we got was vanilla with the berry filling. The cakes were so tasty and beautiful that everyone at the party was asking us where we got them from. Another thing I love about them is that they are so responsive over email, always replying within a timely manner, and in a very thorough way. And this time around especially I had a lot of questions and requested the cakes to be specifically a certain way. They accommodated my every need and asked great follow-up questions to make sure the cakes were exactly what I wanted. I don't know why it has taken me this long to write a five star review of this place, but if you're considering ordering from them, do it!

I'm from the Bay Area but I've been to Cafe Dulce several times. My wife and I really like their Hong Kong Tea Latte and their Matcha drink, as well as their various donuts and baked goods. In the morning rush they can be a little busy but the staff work hard. On a recent visit I saw people eating their steak breakfast burritos, so I ordered one for myself and a coworker. The burritos were reasonable size, the steak was seasoned well, and the breakfast burrito had potatoes in it (I only like breakfast burritos that have potatoes/hash browns/tots in it). Keep supporting the classics, not just because they've been around for a while, but because they have strong products and service.

Mochi Twist ($5)-- Nice and dense mochi texture? I guess it's hard to describe but it's not hollow and airy like a typical donut. There's some chew to it. And it's not too sweet! Blueberry Roti ($4)-- Flaky crumble on top and blueberry jam?? YES YESSSS. I liked this so much I'd definitely go back for it. Blueberry jam is so underrated and it's rare to find it in a pastry! Makes for a good sweet lil treat. Hot latte ($5)-- Perfect!! No complaints. Not too milky, not too light. Good ratio. I was actually kind of worried ordering a latte because not every place does it right but it's good here! Iced blueberry matcha ($6?)-- I see lots of good things about this drink on here but ooooooof... it missed the mark and by a LOOOT too. It was green sweet cereal milk. Where's the matcha? Where's the blueberry? It was so confusing because I see the green and I know I ordered matcha... but it's just sweet milk! And it's not even blueberry flavored milk. Did they forget the blueberry jam? Syrup? Whatever they use? Because it just tastes like the milk after a bowl of Frosted Flakes or something like that. Very sad, very disappointing. Ended up tossing after a couple sips. ANDDD for those matcha purists this is NOOOT the place for you! They have it pre mixed in a milk gallon. So we just saw green milk coming out of a gallon into this cup like yeppppp ok expectations immediately lowered. Anyways, hot latte is good and the 2 pastries I got were good! Steer clear of the matcha!!!

Previously the lemon one and the most recent was the Raspberry Pistachio which I was impressed by as I just fancied sweet and refreshing combo of white chocolate and raspberry. The pistachio added more texture to it for sure. Same as any Levain cookies, best enjoyed warm and fresh out of oven. There were endless selection of salt bread and different flavoured buns which all looked delicious. As we were browsing and deciding, the lady at the counter was kind enough to offer us a sample of the butter rice cake. The butter tteok tasted pretty good on the spot so we bought a pack of 5 back home along with a hot and spicy salt bread and corn soboro. The butter rice cakes were already cold and hard when we got home, the inside was dense and chewy in a bad way. I didn't want them to go to waste so I tried reheating them in the over for a few minutes. It was warm but the texture never recovered, everything just got more dense and hard. The hot and spicy salt bread looked like a winner, but when we bit into it, the bread was just crunchy and overly buttery without a lot of flavour. The inside did not have the soft pillowy texture you'd expect from salt bread. The filling was a budget hot dog and some corn mixed with mayo. We cut the bread in half and my boyfriend said his piece had way too much mayo and mine barely had any. I grabbed the corn soboro thinking it would be delicious since it was corn season but was the most disappointed by it. I reheated the bread again to get the cookie top to crisp up. The soboro top didn't have a lot of crunch or flavour, it was just a layer of sweetness with no texture. The corn cream filling was not good, the corn was dehydrated and had no flavour at all. It honestly tasted a bit like canned corn that's over baked, I ended up scooping it out because the bread was better without it. Maybe it's better to go earlier when the baked goods are fresh and eat it there instead of taking it home.
