I came before 8:00 pm on a Wednesday to a store full of people with JUST ONE POOR GIRL working! The people kept coming in and she (Destiny) was so gracious and handled it with professionalism, but those of us standing in line all felt bad for her. Shame on the management of this store! This location always has the best flavours and seems to never be crowded ! Their seasonal / holiday selections are always available and have all three types of cones on hand .. ( sugar, chocolate dipped waffle, and cake ( classic )) ! Parking is also abundant and couldn't be easier either. Just a few steps and you're in the shop. The service is always smiling and helpful while the shop is clean, bright, and well kept. It is a little bit of a drive but well worth it! Ice cream helps with everything !! Cheers ! read more

First time I came in I thought maybe she was just busy that would explain the rudeness. Maybe it was me , maybe I was just reading it wrong. but the second time I came in she was very cold and rude , so that's just her personality with certain types of people because I didn't see her acting like that with other types of people she ignored me for 15 minutes. If I could do negative stars, I would. I sent the below email to corp and the local franchisee blew me off and say I should have checked the cake prior to pick up. As a loyal customer for many years, I kindly request that someone from the executive office contact me at xxx-xxx-xxxx to discuss a concerning issue regarding our Thanksgiving order. Every year, it has been our tradition to purchase a turkey cake to share with loved ones, and this year was no different. Unfortunately, upon opening the box, we encountered two significant issues: Portion Size: The cake, advertised as serving 12 to 16 people, was far too small and barely fed 5 guests. Presentation: The cake was shaped in a manner that was highly inappropriate and offensive. It appeared to be an attempt at humor, but it was far from amusing and caused discomfort at our gathering. I have photos documenting the concerns mentioned above and can provide them upon request. Wow--what a turnaround! I used to come here occasionally, but under the new management, this place has totally leveled up. From the moment I walked in, the vibe felt more welcoming, the décor looked refreshed, and the staff was super friendly. I tried "mint and chip" and my son tried "wild and reckless" and it was amazingly delicious --creamy, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with love. It's clear that the new team cares about both the product and the customer experience. Everything felt more intentional, from the fresh waffle cones cooking when we arrived to the spotless counters. Highly recommend giving this place another shot if you haven't been in a while. The new management is crushing it--we'll definitely be back soon! read more

I gotta admit I was really impressed by the level of service at this place. I was greeted as I walked in with a few of my friends and the staff were super welcoming. We got to try a few of the ice creams before we decided on what to get. Gotta love their pistachio. So where do I begin went here Saturday night cause kids wanted ice cream and if it wasn't for the coupon I probably wouldn't have come here cause so much money for low quality and rude employees!!! The gentleman that helped us last night acted like he didn't want to be working and I had to ask questions to entice conversation. Went Sunday (09/01) To purchase a cake we saw in the front freezer for a birthday and proceeded to talk to the young girl and she acted like she didn't know what I was asking her and proceeded to tell me they don't have it anymore , got a cake out of the pre made cake freezer and nicely ask her to write happy birthday.... On it so she took it and told me she couldn't write her name, there was room and left super annoyed. Probably will travel to another store if I visit again, so sad . Quiet Sunday night... 8 pm... store is completely empty. I flag the solo employee who was seated in the back and on his phone. I place my order and he proceeds to grab a waffle bowl when I ask if he's going to wash his hands. He walks down the counter and rinses his hands fora few seconds... no soap. Took my son for an after school treat. After walking in with another lady we all began to sweat, to the point of trying to find a vent and walking towards door. We asked the gentleman working if the air was broken and he responded with no, our boss won't let us run it cause it's to expensive!! After receiving a scoop of sherbet we headed to car and it was already half melted between the heat inside and I'm assuming the freezers not being cold enough. Very disappointed read more

First review...I was so excited that this store reopened. First time there tonight...the door was propped opened, and instantly it felt like a sauna inside. We walk to to line and notice the fan on the floor...it was blowing hot air. Obviously they a/c must be out....right? We asked the employee "is the A/C broken? " He said "Nope--it's not on." Um, what now? The thermostat said 91 at 7pm on a Sunday night. It was way cooler outside. The inside of the store looked nice...but we walked out (into the fresh cool air) WITHOUT ordering cause it was awful in there. So disappointing. Probably won't be back :/ read more

I just wanted to start off by saying this Baskin Robbin's is in a prime location, it has amazing vibes with great music, the AC is running, and has an incredible staff too. I've been a recurring customer here and the times that I've been to this location, the AC was not turned on (it was hot/muggy), there was no ambiance, and the service was poor. I was so excited to hear that this Baskin Robbins was reopening, so I took my kids to the grand reopening and it was everything I wanted. First off, they had $.31 ice cream scoops and special activities like a DJ and prize wheel. Those were fun, but the main star was still the ice cream. There are many ice cream shops out there, but Baskin-Robbins has mastered the art of combining flavors. It's like you can taste one of the flavors and automatically know where it comes from. That is especially true for their peanut butter chocolate ice cream. With huge gobs of peanut butter in a creamy chocolate ice cream base, there's nothing like it. The store itself is pretty basic, with a few tables and chairs, but the two cases of ice cream flavors really stand out. In addition, they also serve ice cream cakes and ice cream clowns, that are always fun. The staff is very friendly and will allow you to taste as many different flavors as you'd like. If you have not visited Baskin-Robbins in a while, make any excuse to go again. You will not regret it. read more

I got a royale yesterday. Amount of bananas and hot fudge was minimal compared to the one I got a couple of weeks ago. When asked if I could get more hot fudge because there wasn't much, she said it's 1 pump of hot fudge. I will not order that again at that BR and possibly won't return. read more

We have gone to this one almost every week since it re-opened. Tonight 11/6 , I ordered a regular chocolate scoop with gummy bears and Carmel. After we got our order, I noticed it had coconut in it and went back to the counter. I was told it was German Chocolate Cake ice cream. I said that is not what I ordered and the server agreed it was "his mistake" but he refused to remake my order claiming they have a "no return policy" and his manager does not allow remakes. Horrible customer service & and I would not consider an employee mistake a "return". We will go someplace else going forward. read more

This place is awful. I took my kid in there and the girl behind the counter got his order wrong. (One of the flavors, he ordered two). He already took it and started eating it when I noticed it and she said shed give me a sm scoop of the correct flavor. So we said thank u, took it and went to sit back down. Thought all was good. Then she ask how we wanted to pay for it... I said "But you got our order wrong". And she claimed she repeated it which she may or may not have, I clearly didn't hear her but that's beside the point since it was her fault to begin with. She said "I can't give out FREE ice cream". Its not free if the employee messes up your order and is replacing it with the flavor you ordered... Kinda insinuates Im asking for free ice cream also which wasnt the case. She was extremely rude and not to mention, the place had no air on so it was hotter inside than outside on an already hot day and it smelled like raw sewage.
