I came here with my son to treat him on a Friday!:) mind you been look for these bad boys, the famous DUBAI Chocolate Ice Cream Bars! As soon as I entered a nice young boy in burgundy greeted us. He was nice & patient as my son was being indecisive! After finally picking World Class Chocolate with sprinkles on a sugar cone we sat down & enjoyed :)

We usaully like to get Baskin-Robbins ice-cream cakes for birthdays but we were craving for ice cream few days ago. This Baskin-Robbins is located on Nogales at the CVS plaza in West Covina. (I always forget that there's a BR there). I picked cotton candy flavor this time, my hubby chose pineapple coconut, and my daughters both picked rainbow sherbet flavor. I admit that I got attracted by the cotton candy color but it also tasted pretty good. Hubby liked their pineapple coconut and nutty coconut flavors. I usually like their pistachio almond but cotton candy flavor is a great choice too. I'm not a fan of rainbow sherbet but my daughters like it.

Getting ice cream is always a treat and this location is consistently good, in my opinion. They usually have a good variety of new flavors, as well as the classic "go-to"s. I tried the Oreo N Cold Brew this time and it was tasty- coffee ice cream with a LOT of Oreo cookie mixed in. It was just sweet enough and the coffee taste seemed stronger than the usual coffee. The service is great here and it was pretty busy for a Thursday night. Could be because of the heat, but I think it's also that this Baskin Robbins is a good one and the neighborhood knows it. :)

If I could give a 0 star I would I bought a Oreo cake for a birthday party and as we ate it prefer wax paper was was inside our mouths because it was in the cake! I called the same day and complained they said they couldn't do anything because "manager " wasn't there . I called the next day and I hadn't heard back until I called once again. The owner said he can give me half of what I paid for the cake . Ridiculous! They embarrassed me in front of my guest and only want to give me half of what I paid for the cake. I believe I deserve the whole full amount! This is horrible customer service. If that's how they take care of their customers I definitely do not recommend anyone buying from this location.

This is my new favorite Baskin-Robbins! The 2 ladies that were working there tonight (10/14/2020) were truly awesome! I missed my cake scheduled time tonight, but was luckily able to make it right before they closed at 10pm. I really like the courtesy call reminder and was able to pick up my cake. The cake came out really great. I was able to get there in and out in a few mins. Thank you again for the fast service and making my night wonderful especially for my little brother :) Parking was easy to find due to the big lot they share with other stores.

Ice Cream after dinner pit stop. This shop is in a very low traffic plaza yet it still stands after more than a decade... I like coming here because it's not crowded and they are generous with the scoop. Typically I find most Baskin Robins giving a nice round scoop when given on the cone. This place makes the round scoop proud. It isn't much but it makes a great deal to the customer. The services have always been friendly and buying ice cream should always leave the customer with a smile. I would recommend coming to this one :) read more

I had placed a custom rainbow sherbet cake for my dead sisters 40th birthday. I went to pick it up at 11:30am, mind you, they open at 11am on Sundays, and they could not locate the cake. Supposedly, they sold the cake. WHO SELLS A FUCKING CUSTOM CAKE!!! Isn't that why you pre-order and pay in advance!!??? I know it wasn't the girls fault working, but this is poor management. All they offered me was a refund. I should have received a compensation on top of my refund! This is ridiculous!!!! I will not be coming here again. read more

The ice cream here is good, but the service is just an OK. I used to come here to order a birthday cake for my daughter, but there was always something wrong unexpectedly like they could not find my cake, or the colors was not as I requested...The service is also slow if there is only one employee working while a few customers are in line. Anyway, now I have found a better place in Diamond Bar, so I go there instead! read more

Came here with my boo thang on January 31 for 1.70 single scoop special they had. The store was extreamly clean and kinda busy for a non artisanal ice cream shop at 8:00 p.m. at night. (surely due to the special) The employee that helped us out was a super nice guy, very patient to my wishy washy, just couldn't decide butt, lol! I finally decided on birthday cake and hon got salted caramel honeycomb, the flavor of the month. I wish I had taken pictures because the serving sizes we got were extremely generous!! Both were delicious and the perfect after dinner treat. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back! read more

This is our closest Baskin Ribbons to our house. Great for a quick ice cream run for the family. It is very small with about 3-4 tables. The service is fine and never had any trouble with them. Love the samples they give to my children every time they come in. read more

Been coming here since I was in high school or middle school. Possibly even elementary school. Visisted this location on 10/28/16 at 4:20 p.m. Ordered a banana split, double scoop ice cream, and cappacino blast. Ice cream was very delicious. Drink was super delicious. Don't order for delivery. Ordered the other day and had it delivered. Ordered and paid for a brownie sundae but received a brownie with 2 kids scoops. No toppings. Thought it was just a fluke and gave them the benefit of the doubt so I ordered again the next day and the same thing happened. They are ripping customers off. Cold Stone is better anyway so I will go there for my ice cream needs. read more

I LOVE ordering cakes from any Baskin Robbins, but this location specifically. I live a good thirty minutes away, but i've dabbled with multiple BRs and this is the only one that never fails to amaze me. The workers are always extremely polite and friendly =). I bought the exact same belle design cake yesterday for my niece! I came back for a visit just to order icecream for my family and i was surprised at how fast they replenished the cake!! I overheard a customer speaking to one of the employees asking if she could purchase that cake, i guess it is in high demand (i see why, it's decorated great every time). Highly recommend everyone!! read more

When my husband picked up the customized birthday cake i ordered days ahead, he did not notice that the spelling of the name was wrong!! ... I checked the order form and i was clearly stated how it must be spelled. So definitely it is the fault of their cake decorator! I called the store and the lady said she would inform the owner about it and i should expect a call from him. That was Feb. 26, 2016! Its already March 1 now and i did not hear anything from them. Their customer service sucks big time! No apology at all from the owner. read more

Worst Baskin Robbins I've ever been to. The guy couldn't make the large soft serve on a cone so he stopped half way and handed it over to us. We asked if that was a large, he replied yes. My bf always gets the large (yes, he's a fatass like me) and he said this is a medium at max. I'm so disappointed because I was craving soft serve so good after having hotpot. What a lazy liar -____- How you gonna jib me on National Ice Cream Day out of all the days in the calendar. Psh, I'll stick to my Carmela Mondays! read more

Second trip (about a month later): they didn't have butterflies until the week after. Third trip the following week: I forgot about the family member who was out (or maybe I thought they'd be back because that's how we do), so I artived after close again. Fourth trip: finally got the goods! Was it worth it? The almond cookies were good, but the butterflies were a bit flat and not airy, like they were just deep-fried wonton skins with thickened sugar syrup on them. Both times (out of 4 attempts!) I actually caught them when they were open (granted, I'm an early afternoon person, not an early morning one), there were only 1 or 2 cakes in the case, a bunch of bags of cookies, and, on the one successful visit, I got the last order of butterflies. Haven't had their strawberry cake in years (that first trip was for my birthday cake, womp womp), but they look the same. Moral of the story: get there early or be disappointed...or just drive to Chinatown.

She created the exact cake design that I wanted. It was very easy to order online and she takes cash or online payments! I ordered a couple weeks in advance and requested my order for pick up. KEEP IN MIND: If you pay via cash, you must have the exact amount when you pick up. She does not give change.

I also noticed that Masami's menus are very diverse and you can always expect different things to try from her menu. I can tell Masami puts a lot of care into her desserts and makes sure that you feel satisfied with your order. She also takes custom orders if you need sweet treats for any special events/occasions so highly recommend checking her out! It seems like it's best to contact her through instagram.

I was pleasantly surprised by how large their portions were - the pictures on Yelp don't represent the size as well. We split the jang-jorim burrito and we could barely eat any of the breakfast plate as a result, so we took most of it home. Quality-wise, everything is super fresh and high-quality, nothing felt overly salty or oily. I liked that every plate comes with something extra and that it leans on the healthier side, whether it's salad or fruit. I also had one of their specialty lattes and it was so good. The flavors blended really well without being too sweet. I definitely look forward to coming here in the future for when we're looking for a healthier meal out.

The drink is smaller, doesn't taste as good as it used to, and costs significantly more. If you're going to raise prices that dramatically, the quality should at least stay the same or improve not get worse. I used to enjoy coming here, but it's hard to justify paying nearly $10 for a drink that's smaller and lower quality than before. Very disappointing and feels like a poor way to treat loyal customers.
