A friend had told me that the local Donut store, Donut Tree, sells mochi donuts. So on this rainy day, I decided to come in and check out the store. I think this place has been here for a long time and the inside reminds me of how the old donut stores have looked when I was growing up. They have a few tables and chairs to sit at. You can see all the donuts displayed in a glass counter and you can order different types of donut flavors. We ordered some mochi donuts and also some donut holes. I could smell the donuts from a couple stores down so I decided to check it out! There's quite a few donuts to choose from the first time I went there. Good quality donuts and the price pint wasn't too bad, approximately $21-22 for a box of regular donuts. Bigger ones and the mochi ones cost more. Their donuts have more weight in them than the Krispy Kreme donuts. The second time I came here, there weren't as many available. I decided to try the Oreo mochi donut. It tasted pretty good, but the mochi was a bit hard. I was better after I heated it up. I also tried their chocolate chip muffin which was good, but it wasn't like the texture of regular muffins. Theirs is more bread-like but still good and it wasn't huge! I love the blueberry donut and cinnamons donut. The jelly filled one was too sweet for me. The sugar ones were good too. Service was ok. There is a minimum of $5 if you want to pay with a credit card. Open 24/7! read more

Love this little donut shop! They are open 24/7 and the owner is very friendly and can be seen making donuts all the time . We love their blueberry donuts, original glazed, and donut holes. Stopped by here after getting a drink in the same plaza. Figured can't go wrong with tea and donuts! They have the usual donuts as well as mochi donuts. I tried to discipline myself so only grabbed 2 donuts. I decided on an original glazed and a strawberry glazed. Each was about $1.89 which is in the range of other donut shops. Took them home .. ate one and saved the other for the next day. Both were fresh and not too overly sweet and best of all still fresh and soft the next day. I'm definitely going to stop by next time to try other flavors such as the blueberry donut and mochi donuts. This is located in a plaza so there is plenty of parking. If you're not paying attention, which most people don't, you'll up charge without knowing if you don't read the fine print on their cashiers register. In addition, the fine print is so small for customers to truly see it without really leaning in and squinting with your eyes.*** ****pay cash if you can to avoid the 3.99% credit card charge**** I asked why they're charging, he told me it's cuz the credit card machine charged customers. In my head I said "yeah right", I see you put in the numbers for it to be charged that amount. I think they're just trying to avoid themselves having to pay the fee. I think the right thing for them to do is to tell all customers that there's a charge fee and actually tell them how much customers end up paying. I don't get why they only tell customers the cost in total, but when credit card is scanned and buttons are quickly pressed, it's silence, no mention of anything after the card is scanned. As soon as you walk in they act like they're busy doing something and seem bothered that you're bugging them. They never greet you or want to make breakfast bagels, they always say they're out. Wow ! The Boston Cream donut is really good. It is not overly sweet and oily. There is no aftertaste that I usually get from any donuts. The lady that is serving us is nice. It is quiet when we got there. The fan/blower is a little loud that the server can't hear my husband well when he ordered our donut but was nice enough to re-bag our donuts. I was pleasantly greeted today when I went to support this Donut Shop because my dad brought a few glazed donuts from here yesterday home and were all gone within 1 day. Lol. I went back to try their Green Tea Mochi Donuts, so delish!!!! They must have baked all donuts fresh in the morning daily. I tried their cappuccino as well, with picture as shown below, and that turned out super tasty in flavor. Today I bought: 1/2 dozen of donuts, but I already ate 1/2 a piece in the car before driving home. By the time my phone got to the pictures, there were 4 pieces left. Sorry folks. I bought 3 originals, 2 Green Tea mochi donuts and 1 glazed donut on top of a small cup of Cappuccino. The store front was decorated with their 'Mochi Donut,' huge ad and their PowerBall ad too. I guess they want their customers to try their luck here with the lottery tickets. I know the locals like this place because it's the only thing in town besides Daily Donuts on Amar and Nogales. I pass by all the time. I saw they have a sign that reads, "mochi donuts". So I decided to stop in. Off top, let me say that service here is really good. Very clean and plenty of parking. I came around 5pm. They only had a few mochi donuts left. I asked why and the lady said they sell out. Bummer. So I grabbed a few. Not as fresh. You have to get these fresh so you can really enjoy them. It's ok. A bit expensive compared to larger name mochi donuts. Now I'll say that I didn't like them. Neither did my friends. $17 for 6. They're open 24hrs so that's cool. But what's the point of the donuts aren't fresh? Anyways, I might come back to give them another try. But as of now, no. But don't let my review stop you. Friendly service even at 3 am in the morning lol. I forgot the Man's name but his energy made my day. He works long hours but loves his job. He suggested a few flavors to try on the mochinut when we couldn't decide we tried the pandan- wasn't sweet at all and not overly greasy. The donut holes and sugar donut are also a hit for us.
