Sophia was the person who helped me she was really friendly and attentive made some great suggestions and was able to give me half an half on my shake, which I appreciated so I got to try a little bit of two flavors instead of just one. Location is clean. No issues ice cream tasted great. I will definitely come back. I do appreciate the kindness of the employee. Also, if you've never scooped ice cream for a full day trust me, it's not a lot of fun. I try and give them a tip every time I come in because it is pretty tough work when you're constantly doing it. read more

Pistachio nut fudge Sunday is my favorite thing to order here. Every time I come here, it's been on point. My only complaint is that the person who scoops the ice cream doesn't give a full scoop. However, I love the ice cream so much that I never complain. The pistachio nut ice cream is creamy, sweet, and has plenty of nuts, and the fudge is thick and delicious. Thier floor needs sweeping, windows need to be wiped clean, and table tops need cleaning! It's not advertised online, but this Baskin-Robbins allows pre-orders of ice cream cupcakes. You can call them or come in to place it. The price was really reasonable. I bought 30 cupcakes (they come in orders of half-dozens) for ~$75 (that's like $2.50/ea). My son's school only allows cupcakes because they are easier for teachers to pass out, so this was a great option. I ordered by phone, and I think they want 3-5 days for pre-orders. You can choose between chocolate or white cake, and I can't remember if you can order any flavor of ice cream. To keep it simple, I ordered cookies and cream (because what kid wouldn't want that), and they even put an oreo on top. I think they can even do some customizations. I told them my son loves Sonic the Hedgehog and they made the frosting royal blue. (Beware the coloring dye on the frosting, it's pretty hard to scrub off hands and clothes. Knowing that now, I would've just asked for plain white.) When I picked them up, they were in individual cups making it easy to pass out. Ask for spoons because I assumed they would give it to me automatically, but they didn't. Overall, great customer service, unique option for school birthdays, convenient, and the value was great for the price. read more

Need to pay attention to this establishment. If you ask for extra cherries they tell you .75 extra but then they ring your total then end up charging .75 per cherry. I asked for the owners name Nancy. We're all feeling inflated pricing but seriously.75 per cherry.... read more

So I never had any issue with this place but yesterday they let me down. I had placed an online unicorn cake order for my daughters birthday, which was yesterday and what I received was nothing like the picture online . When I started complaining to a female employee on how disappointed I was of the outcome all she can say was, "so you don't want to take it? You want to leave it? What do you want me to do about it?" When I asked to speak to someone higher than her she said that she was the big boss of the day . This lady is crazy to say it in the nice way because I said so much more in person. I told her, "do you think I'm crazy to go home on my 4 year old daughters birthday with no unicorn cake!?" Which I promised her leaving the house to pick up.) Anyways, As I got more upset on the issue, a male employee comes out offering to refund half the price on the cake. Yes I took it because the cake again was nothing like the picture and I told him, "if someone pays online for something, that means they can pay full price and I was not expecting to come here and get half my money back." Great costumer service! Went in and didn't know what I wanted so I asked for like three samples and they had no problem a accommodating me until I found a flavor I wanted. The inside was super clean and while I waited for a friend they offered to put my ice cream into a freezer so it wouldn't melt. Definitely recommend for a quick sweet treat! Their kids cup is perfect for something to cool you off. read more

You scream, I scream, we all scream for BR's ice cream! Every time I come here Greg always helps me get my ice cream fix. He is so patient when I am trying to decide on what flavor I want and doesn't get annoyed when I ask him to sample almost every flavor. On the days that I don't want ice cream, he makes me a caramel cappuccino and adds in extra caramel syrup just like how I like it. Yummm... Check your items before leaving! I preordered the DIY creature creations kit and was told everything was all set for me to just pick up. I had my husband pick it up while I wait in the car. I checked the bag and I got the wrong ice cream and missing toppers and crowns! The receipt was taped on the bag and everything was listed on there so I do not understand why things were wrong and missing. I had to go in the store and have them correct my order. The guy had the nerve to tell me to get my correct ice cream and they ran out of the monster toppers! This was on Halloween day so obviously I was disappointed when they said they ran out of it bc they specially told me everything was set! It's a Monday night, 9pm and I seriously can't believe how RUDE the girl who helped me was. She just came back from her break and something must have pissed her off because upon ordering my first drink she had an instant attitude. Constantly rolled her eyes, made all 4 of my drinks short, and so watery. They're nothing but milk. Her attitude was a joke and the company should be embarrassed! Give these jobs to people who actually want to work and provide adequate customer service skills!! I hope management takes this serious, young female with long brown/orange hair, medium height, lazy/sleepy eyes. Avoid this person and wait for someone else to help! read more

They welcome you when you walk in, service with a smile courteous and friendly. I've never had a problem with the service here always great. Their selection is great too, they always have what my wife and grand kids and I want to try or feel like something different. Not pushy on any holidays v oming up (Father's Day this Sunday). Baskin Robbins ice cream is pretty much the same everywhere. The difference is in the customer service. This store is good for the most part, but the asian girl named Kristina is always in a hurry and spazzing out, and on two occasions has given me the wrong flavor scoops, which I don't realize until I get to my destination. The other girl (Valerie) is always very friendly and helpful. So my only criticism is for Kristina to slow down and pay more attention. When you're paying $3 for a scoop of ice cream, flavor matters. read more

This one's for the manager. I don't know what it is but every time I come in, she always has this stank face like she doesn't want to be bothered. The first time I understand, it could've been a bad day but every other time? I came in yesterday being it was a nice day to get some ice cream. the second you walked in you felt the air of heat hit your face. our intentions were to eat in there. The poor guy was working in there in those conditions I can only imagine how he felt. if we were uncomfortable for those few minutes in there then he must have felt horrible. No one should be working in those conditions it is bad for your health someone can call the small business bureau. The guy did a great job looking ok and giving great costumer service. read more

The online ordering was down, so i called in my order and spoke with a gentlemen and i literally read my order back to him 2x and then called back to confirm my exact order again with them. A young lady agreed to what i ordered. Picked uo the ice cream cake, it looked amazing.. cut into it and the ice cream was not what we asked for!!! Most of it was thrown away because nobody like the ice cream flavor..what a waste of my money..and waste of listening skills. Im ordering something about $40 worth and repeated myself and it was lioe they just agreed without even legit checking. Not going back again. read more

Beware of the Manager and Owner of this is establishment she is extremely rude and unprofessional. In addition she is very aggressive towards her employees. She likes to micromanage not to mention constantly berating her staff for any tiny error. After so many unpleasant visits I would strongly not recommend this Baskin and Robins location. read more

Hey! Met this cool guy, Greg. Really awesome person, hooked us up with some coupons. I will be coming back to this BR Location bc his customer service was just outstanding ! Love it ! The energy in the place is just so ugh I loved it. If y'all go to this place/location, ask for Greg if you want some ice cream and a bomb place to enjoy it at. He really livens up the place. I arrived at Il Gusto (West Covina) on Monday (around 7:29pm). This location shares the busy parking plaza by 85 Degrees (West Covina). Fortunately, it was easy to find parking this evening. Staff is professional and helpful. Staff worked quickly, and staff answered all my questions. Line went very fast despite a group being ahead of me. As mentioned, I ordered the Medium Cup (2 Scoops - $8). I selected a milk chocolate scoop and a cookies-flavored scoop. Portion sizes are fair and adequate for its quality. The flavors are delicious. The milk chocolate scoop reminded me of rich, dark chocolate milk. Its consistency felt very velvety, and its strong chocolate flavor almost teetered towards chocolate brownie territory. The cookie-flavored scoop was very tasty as well. This scoop flowed smoothly, and I happily enjoyed the soft cookie chunks within. This had a milder taste, but it felt very satisfying. This gelato was not icy; rather, it had delightful flavors while flowing like chilled silk. Concerning ambiance, Il Gusto (West Covina) shows genuine effort. The location is very clean and well-ventilated (refreshingly chill). I also enjoyed the Elvis Presley music. However, the music was occasionally drowned out from the loud electronic buzzing/humming sounds from the kitchen's containers. Also, some portions of the walls and floors looked scuffed with black marks. Il Gusto (West Covina) is also fairly small. It has three reflective tables inside; customer-only restroom; and three nearby shaded tables outside. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Il Gusto (West Covina). Its prices are adequate, the gelato is a good quality, and the staff is hardworking & helpful. If nearby, I recommend. 4.6 out of 5

With so many eateries in such a small place, everyone is fighting for spots and the parking can get quite tight and cars that aren't the most compact are parking in those spots. People are driving like maniacs so keep that in mind. Afters is always just an alright chain to me. I remember for the longest time, it was Rick and Morty forever, but that might have just been a fever dream since they've definitely had collaborations other than that (the Avatar live action on Netflix too and I think currently BT21 for the Army out there). Despite being in a super busy plaza, this location itself isn't super busy and the workers were friendly and I was able to get my order pretty quickly. Ambiance is very casual and trendy. They have ice cream bars, merch for sale, and ice cream by the pint as well. I've gotten the cookie monster, dark matter brownie batter (I feel like this is a remnant of Rick and Morty but I'm not too sure, don't quote me on that), milk and cereal, and the Saigon coffee. There are times when the ice cream is really dense and the flavor is strong, texture is creamy and it's a solid ice cream (usually for the coffee and the brownie batter), but there are other times where the ice cream is too icy (like water iced over on it and it's like an ice cream that was melted and reformed again). This is a mixed bag I get with other flavors. For the stress it takes to even get into this plaza, it's not worth it considering there are other dessert options nearby.

There should be an option for -5 stars. This place is run by young, inexperienced, rude cunts. I told myself this was the last time coming here and my dumbass gave it another shot. Seriously, ladies, if you're that unhappy working here, please quit. or DONT be working while you're on your period. Talk about rude as F! I strongly recommend visiting the one on Baldwin Park Blvd, next to Target. Those guys know how to treat their customers. read more
