Andi was not the manager we spoke to that day, but Emma. Bandy got my ResortPass account restricted after we complained about the service. ResortPass still gave us the refund for $235. According to CA law, as a consumer, we're allowed to leave an HONEST, negative, review without retaliation. We have documentation etc to back it up.
