I heard about Tiki Botanicals through a partnered Yelp event, when I mentioned that I was unable to attend the event the shopkeeper right away said he would honor the event promo. When you walk in there are paper shoppers bags along the wall you can grab to start putting your goodies in. They offer candles, bath bombs, bar soap, hair products, and more! When you check out you get to pick which tissue paper to use in your bag. So adorable and a great touch. As I was leaving the shop I heard the shopkeepers discussing what they would work on for the day. They were going to pour candles. It was a very Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion moment and it made me smile from ear to ear! You can really tell they enjoy what they do and know how to provide a memorable customer experience.

I was out of gel polish remover and needed it pronto so I came by here to pick some up. The store was very clean and organized and I was able to track down what I was looking for easily. The person at the counter answered my questions and checked me out in a breeze. Before you knew it was at home getting the job done. The remover I got was around $10 and worked really well. And the scent drifts outside, making it fun even just to walk past. Staff (owners I assume, plus maybe a couple of others) are always friendly and helpful. This location is smaller than others and the stock was incredibly limited. I assume that at least some of this is due to shipping and supply issues which the store can't control. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions we had. Despite being dingy and outdated, the store was clean which is a plus. I feel like even when the store is fully stocked the options are still a lot less than other locations. There is ample park since the rest of the locations within the strip mall were also pretty dead. It is important to note that this is a store that you must have a professional license to shop at. This is not open to the general public. If you are in a pinch, I assume this location will suffice.
