Omg I come here every week and today the manager who her co worker gave me her name....crystal!! Was so incompetent. Crowded store with two employees on the floor and long lines taking up to 20mins. Every single customer was upset. Everyone was looking for help. During this crazy holiday she is the last person who should be manager. Always like to stop in these stores and look around and enjoy the smells. Don't always buy anything but the staff don't mind, they are always very friendly and helpful letting you know what is on sale. read more

i went in today hoping i could get my problem solved!! it was recently my birthday and my bff gifted me some candles! well... the bag ripped which resulted in my candles breaking. i was really hoping BBW would let me exchange them for new ones . so i went in early this morning explaining the story to STEPHANIE. who was the sweetest person & not once did she make me feel like i couldn't at least get something i was asking for!! she totally helped me out, was so nice about everything. she also offered to help me find the scents i had. while being out on the floor a few other associates also helped me by pointing me to new arrivals and their favorite scents! i left super happy with my new candles and a great encounter with each employee working this morning! read more

I have been going to this store for years and have always loved the products they put out. I would like to give a great gratitude to the young man Angelo for his great customer service and attentiveness to me for the time I was there. On the other hand, there was another gentleman in the store named Kalvin that did not show any attention to me when I was asking him some questions. He was more focused on the music and his phone and still didn't answer my questions. After I left I asked if there was a supervisor to report him but apparently he was the supervisor. I still do love the store and for the following visits I will only ask Angelo for help. Made me smile when I left :) read more

Great products but awful customer service. Specifically asked if an item was on sale. I was told no, only to get an email the same day and find out they were 2 for 1! I was in the mall and decided to stop by this place. I'm glad I did. They had a great selection of clearance items that I purchased for next to nothing. I also signed up for the email deals. Already got an email for a free soap. This place has great products and if you hit the sales or clearance the prices are the best. The biggest problem was at checkout. I stopped by here the other day (Jan 5th, 2012) to buy one product, which I saw on their online store. I was happy when I found out that Bath & Body Works sold the item I was wanting in their store. And, what woman doesn't like to lather themselves with fruit/flowery type lotions and body creams? The store was clean/organized, the people working here were all friendly. During check out, the lane had gotten a tad long, which here we were ALL in line waiting for our turn as patiently as possible right? And, this woman comes along, stares at the long line that had formed behind me and says, "Oh my God!!" Instead of getting in line like the rest of us, what does she do? Yes, she goes up front, stands right next to the paying customer and waits for her to leave as she squeezed herself into the lane so basically cutting the woman in front of me, myself and rest of the woman standing behind me off. Then, this woman asked the cashier, "Excuse me, can I pay these here?" o_0 I know right? Rofl The cashier replied to this woman, "I'm sorry, but my first priority goes out to those customers over there who have been in line patiently for a long time." This woman clearly didn't get what she wanted so she randomly placed her 2 hand soaps and just walked out of the store, mad. Some people. *roll eyes* I love Bath & Body Works so definitely, I'll return next time. read more

While my trip to this location was not a total disappointment, i have found some flaws within my journey to this Bath and Body Works. First, i was subjected to a long line for there were only two registers being used. After eleven long minutes of the tiring line, another worker opened a register and rung me up. I paid with a gift card and was offered the remaining balance in cash. I accepted. The young women at the register was out of dollar bills and quarters, for this reason, i was forced to take the remaining balance in dimes. As i was leaving the store, there was a lotion like substance on the ground and i almost stepped in it! However, this store had great costumer service and excellent variety. I was able to find four different soaps with citrus flavor. read more

#happiness.... I've never had such amazing customer service!!! The manager Stephanie just knocked me off my swollen pregnant feet!! I went in looking for my favorite scent to have during labor and provide some much needed aromatherapy.... Black Raspberry Vanilla puts me into scent heaven! She told me it was discontinued but I could order online... I figured that sounds normal so went on talking about upcoming baby and random small talk. She went a step further though....Stephanie found me body wash, spray and lotion AND had it delivered to me! WOW WOW WOW!! You just made a prego the happiest girl ever!! She seriously went above and beyond when she didn't need to at all but I can't even tell you how thankful I am.... Stephanie you deserve Manager of All Time Award!!! I'm obsessed with Bath and Body works products. Sometimes the staff here can be so friendly and helpful and other times not. They stock most items I can find online which is nice but whenever they have those parties where they give out gift bags with purchase no matter early I get there they are always sold out! Such a bummer. The last experience I had here totally turned me off. This chick who rang up my best friend kinda gave her a weird snotty vibe. She rings me up right after just gave me a dirty look and didn't give me a coupon that she gave my friend. Grrr I wish I had noticed and asked for one too since I'm such a coupon fiend but oh well. I think too many people work here, 90 percent of the time this store is empty and I'm guessing that's why the employees act lifeless and irritable. read more

It smells like a urinal cake exploded.

I had an issue with a pump of a Gentle Foaming Hand Soap and brought it in for help. One of the associates, I think his name was Jason, was so helpful. He wasn't sure how to fix it at first but he went out of his way to figure it out and was able to fix the pump. He even took me over to the sink and showed me how to I could avoid this issue in the future. So nice to go to a business where the employees go above and beyond to help a customer. read more

Don't waste your money! You can get the EXACT same scents at Walmart for HALF the price. I don't know if management is the same as it was a while back, but the managers here were SO awful. The company is HORRIBLE in general. Their products contain some pretty bad ingredients too.......cancer anyone? read more
