I ended up making an appointment at 11:30am today. I got in at 11:34am & 2 Benefit clerks were busy. Brianna was doing one person's brows. The other was helping a customer w/products. I sat & waited until a male employee asked if I needed help. He told me he'd ask someone to check me in & a female employee with an orange apron said she would. I sat by the Benefit area until Brianna was finished with her client at 11:44am. I told her what I came in for & she proceeded to make me up & make suggestions. When she suggested where I could wax, I asked if she could do it and she said she couldn't because she had a client who she acknowledged a minute ago & had passed by. Brianna said "Hi Chloe(?)! Do you need your eyebrows waxed?" She said "Yeah!" So Chloe or whatever her name was just passing by & not on the books. Brianna gave her priority over me wanting to have my eyebrows waxed even though they were late with my appointment!!! I was so pissed off & told her I had an appointment & she thought I meant I had an appointment elsewhere. I said "NO, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT HERE!!" So I took my purse & stormed off. What poor scheduling & customer service!! I won't be coming here for appointments again as they are so disorganized & have poor customer service!!!

Some things to keep in mind before visiting this location is that it is much smaller than your usual mall size Bath & Body Works location and it can get packed! I've literally seen them with lines out the door, but the staff always does their best at get the line moving as quickly as possible. Some pro-tips before coming here is to park on the back of their store. There are plenty of available parking spots, plus also a few chargers for electric cars. That way you avoid all the traffic from the other stores at this shopping center. Also, before checking out make sure to have your rewards number ready so you can earn all your points. Don't like to shop in store? No problem! You can buy everything online and just pick-up at their counter.

She took pictures of my hair and posted them online and after a night of sleep and dismay that I was traveling out of town looking a mess I sent her a text asking her to remove the pictures and I hated my hair only to be told I was old enough to have more tact and grace as well as the pictures served there purpose.... Overrated and overhyped…read more Stopped in the other day while I was at the mall and while the visit was short and sweet, I was reminded of why I rarely shop at Lush. Starting with the good, the store itself was clean and fully stocked, the mixture of smells from all the tester products being used or on display was intense but still pleasant, and we weren't hounded by an associate. Well, we would have been had we not been ready to check out by the time the single associate present was finished with the customer ahead of us. I add the last point because it is a HUGE reason why I stopped going to Lush. Per an ex-employee I went to university with, employees are forced to give long spiels every collaboration or special event the store has to each customer that enters, otherwise they face consequences. Having learned this, I can't blame them when they follow me around the store until the obligatory sales pitch is over because I wouldn't want my pay docked either. That being said, it's still a hassle, and it already costs a small fortune to buy anything. For the Mario Movie Rosalina lip scrub and body spray I dared to venture into the store for it was over $70. If it wasn't for the fact that it was a gift, I quite frankly would have left without them. I could expect these prices from higher end brands, but I can't say these products lived up to their price tags. The lip scrub was the better of the two, though I've tried better lip scrubs, and the 'grape scented' body spray just didn't smell like grape. I'd say if you're really into a certain collaboration they have to offer, it might be worth it. Otherwise, I'd say do your research on skin care and body cosmetics because you can find better ones out there for similar prices and less hassle.

Upon entry, the floating aroma of various herbs and natural perfumes greeted me. The employees were kind and helpful as usual. I purchased the foaming milk bar and went away from my usuals and decided to try a couple of new bath bombs. I bought the Surprised Patrick bath Bonn and a Barbie bath Bomb. I have since used them both and they were not bad but I will stick to my usuals in the future. The Surprised Patrick turned the water the same color as the bath bomb. It left a residue in my bath tub (probably the coconut oil) and after dissolving, Patrick's pants were floating in the water! That was a hilarious surprise!!! I had the same experience with the Barbie bomb...pink residue. I also decided to try their organic deodorant, Aromaco, which I have fallen in love with. I have been using this deodorant and it lasts all day long with no irritation. It smells of fresh linen-clean and patchouli spice. I LOVE It!
