I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and I brought my battery in and fortunately they had one in stock but it was almost $300 but it has an unconditional 4 year warranty and I don't have to take my receipt, just give them my phone number and take the battery back and they will test it and give me a new one. I noticed a sign on their window that says they will install the battery for you.

For key fobs, they will open and replace on the spot which is super nice, especially for folks who dont have tools or are not mechanically inclined. I called the store and spoke with Austin, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He looked up my information, confirmed my battery was still under warranty, and even though they were closing in 45 minutes, he went above and beyond. Since I live across town, Austin found a closer location near my home, called them directly, explained my situation, and arranged everything for a smooth warranty exchange. Given the timing and the convenience, I said "Why not?" Montel came out, troubleshot and offered to install a new battery. A total no-brainer. Montel was gone in less than 20 minutes. What a gentleman. Given the AAA discount, the price with installation was about $10 more than if I had driven to Walmart, waited 3 hours and bought an equivalent battery. AAA has saved my bacon again but the hero of this story is Montel who was as courteous as could be and equally competent and professional
