Joey was patient and professional and both the fob and internal key within the fob work without a hitch. I purchased the fob itself online and brought my own battery - not a problem. The programming itself was reasonable in comparison with other local quotes. Most importantly, it was done in a timely manner and it works! This is a small storefront that would be easy to miss . There is free parking in the back. If you need a new key fob, car battery, watch battery, any sized light bulb, etc... run on over. The quality of the products is good and the service is top notch. The staff is highly knowledgeable, very nice, they have badass pinball machines to look at in the back area. Just seem like cool people who aren't out there trying to gouge people on their pricing like literally everyone else is. I can't say enough about how awesome this place is. Update: The manager, Dina tested the battery in-store and showed that it was still working. She provided a new battery regardless which I appreciated. Went home and had my brother install the new battery and everything is working fine. I took my car to the mechanic to ensure that everything was alright again, and he believes the previous battery installation was not securely in place. I had paid $40 to have it installed at the store the first time around and once I saw that my brother was able to do it in 5 minutes, I realized I should have done it on my own to begin with.
