Knowing that Costco also sources Interstate batteries I decided to check this place out. First came on weekday to get a battery test and I met Mike. Mike was really friendly and knowledgeable on my vehicle, brought out his testing tool and he immediately told me that battery voltage was too low. I already knew that the battery needed to be replaced since cold starts have been sluggish. I decided to make an appointment with Mike and return a couple days later. I was told it would take about an hour and the cost would be much less than what the dealer was going to charge me! When I came in for appointment, Mike was not there yet, but Dina was there to greet me and asked to confirm what battery I needed for my vehicle. Mike then arrived and started working on my vehicle to remove the seat and battery. He then showed me the old original and the new one to be replaced. Mike finished up in 30 minutes, amazing! While Mike was working Dina was friendly in talking about the company and batteries they sell.
