Screen Card So, long…read morestory short, I broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra at the gym to the point that it was completely unusable. Once I got home, I put in a claim with my phone insurance through my provider (Xfinity Mobile), and they gave me an option to replace the phone for $99 or to get it fixed for free. Now, I've heard replacement screens can be not as good as the originals, but on the other hand, "free" just happens to be my favorite price--so I took a chance and put in for the repair. This Batteries Plus (B+) was the closest official repair shop in my area, so once I put in my claim, they sent me a link to schedule my appointment, and away I went. The Good: * Tons of appointment times available, and they were totally fine with me moving it up once my schedule cleared up. * Street and lot parking * Fantastic customer service by the three different gentlemen (sorry, I didn't get names). They were fast, reliable, and polite. I was in and out with the drop-off in less than 5 minutes. * Not only are they polite, but they're super fast and they had the parts in stock. They quoted me 1.5 hours, but it was done in less than one! * The screen seems as good as the original, and they claim they use only factory original Samsung parts for the repair. The Meh: * The website to make the claim kept wanting to send text message verifications. Well, if I'm putting in a phone claim then why would you assume I have access to it???? 0_o Not B+'s fault but just needed to vent that. The Ugly: * Breaking your phone is just the worst. -_- Conclusion: Don't be an idiot like me and break your phone, but if you do B+ is here for you!

I bought the battery through Napa who no longer carries/warrenties this brand of battery, which I why I came to this factory store to get it warrantied through them. They kept it overnight to charge it up all the way so it could be properly tested (as is protocol, if you check the company website they say the same thing) and held onto it until I could come a few days later to pick up a new battery. They had a staff member carry it out to my car too! I did call ahead of time to check and see the status of my battery, they let me know when the battery shipment was arriving with my new battery (later that afternoon) and were patient with me coming a few days later. They are very busy, but when calling there was only a minute or 2 of wait time and some checking in, but that's to be expected when dealing with a battery supplier store, they've got a lot of merchandise and customer batteries to deal with so there's a lot of things to look through. Since I called on separate days and they had to find/pull my battery out, so they took my info to know what they were looking for, and had me call 15 minutes later so I wasn't sitting on hold while they looked. The woman at the front was very nice, along with her husband, and the young gentleman who works in the front. All in all 5 stars across the board! Remember to be patient when dealing with human beings in your day to day, be clear with your communication and let them know when you're coming by for pick up when confirming that you're getting a new battery, they will take good care of you!

Update: The manager, Dina tested the battery in-store and showed that it was still working. She provided a new battery regardless which I appreciated. Went home and had my brother install the new battery and everything is working fine. I took my car to the mechanic to ensure that everything was alright again, and he believes the previous battery installation was not securely in place. I had paid $40 to have it installed at the store the first time around and once I saw that my brother was able to do it in 5 minutes, I realized I should have done it on my own to begin with.

I tried filling out the form on their website again to print it but had no print option, no option to save it. Filled it out and screenshot it, then emailed it to the support email address. Called back the next day and they still claimed they hadn't received it. At this point I'm giving the whole thing up as a bad job. I will never order from them again and I highly suggest anyone reading this review avoid them like the plague if you expect anything resembling customer support.
