The owner, TIFFANY, towed my car home for free as her "thanks for being a customer", which took them FOUR hours to bring less than ONE MILE down the street. I told her I was trying to get a mechanic to come there and inspect the vehicle to determine the interconnection between the blown engine and the recent repairs. I was doing that so there would be NO discrepancy in the diagnosis. She said no to that and did not even try to communicate again. When trying to file a complaint with the BBB, this business does not even show up! Still, I will continue to pursue this issue, because THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE HEART OF A POVERTY-STRICKEN, a demographically challenged area. Over the years, my son had several of his vehicles serviced at Jimmy's and was always pleased with the service and repairs. Unfortunately this event was one of those nobody likes to deal with, especially when you are a parent, trying to assist from afar. I am happy to say that it only took two friendly phone calls to get the matter resolved. No arguments, no compromising. Jimmy's just took care of it.
