They tell me it will not be touch until after July 4th weekend even though they said next day service if they tow... did this for a whole month up til this day just buying time.... But there's more. I walked in today 1 month later and ask what's the update. And I that I'm kinda frustrated. He through a whole temper like he was waiting for a trigger word bad juju . He slammed my keys said I need to pay. I said you should be paying me . He slid me my keys told me to get out .. I respect my elders so I did just that ... I was able to wiggle the alternator by hand, which caused the belt to slip and unstable voltage. This triggered multiple codes including O2 sensor heater codes. Once I tightened it myself, some of the codes went away. Still feeling with residual electrical problems from that. Bad business these guys. STAY AWAY!

I was so impressed with the service department at Lookout Ford. My F-150 had 2 lights on the dash…read moreindicating I had low air pressure in one or more tires and also the engine needed servicing . I called and made an appt for 10:30 on Thursday. On the way to the appt I noticed there was no sound on the radio. I called to see if they could add that to the work order . When I got to the service dept, it was set up well to avoid close contact due to covid-19. I was helped quickly by a very friendly and professional lady. She took my keys and drove it to get the service started. She communicated with me later that the tire did have a nail in it but to let me know that all 4 tires were in the red for tread wear. They had the Michelin tires on hand that I needed. They serviced the truck, got the radio working, changed all the tires, etc.. all in about 4 hours. In addition when I picked up the truck , I couldn't remember how to reset the automatic sideboard feature but the lady called one of the technicians who immediately came out and showed me how to do it and apologized that it hadn't been done for me. Very courteous and professional again. It rides beautifully. I highly recommend Lookout Ford service department.

We went to Mavis because my husband was hearing noises near his wheels. Mavis quoted us $2700 to replace the upper and lower control arms because they said they were bad. We went to c-side for a second opinion and they said it was the wheel bearings on the passenger side. C-side saved us money and also addressed the real issue instead of up-charging us. I highly recommend going to them and anytime I have issues in the future I will be going to them.

Drove it to Morehead to interstate battery cause he said it needed a new battery which they tested the battery and it had a full charge the car wouldn't start. Called thw shop and there response was have it towed back here and you can add the tow charge to the bill. Umm no.
