They were unable to fulfill my contract and cancelled the Monday before my Saturday event. I had booked a shuttle over a month prior as I knew it was a popular time and prices would only increase. I felt their customer service was helpful and personable at the time - I sent over some other quotes to see if they could match the price, and I appreciated that services, fees, and tip were all included in the final amount. Unfortunately, they cancelled my booking five days before my event for "circumstances beyond [their] control". Someone other than the person I had booked with called to say how sorry they were, but offered no details as to why they had to break our contract. They sent me a phone number for an affiliate provider but couldn't offer a discount or introduction. Due to the short timeline, the other provider naturally cost hundreds more, but I sent their driver away with extra desserts, so at least someone ended up happy. read more

Terrible service all around. Bauer did not deliver on the actual service and their customer service was horrible. I booked 2 buses round trip for my wedding to transport guests between the wedding hotel and the venue. The day before the wedding, I emailed our sales rep, Marcos, and mentioned I was concerned about traffic due to a game in the city. He assured me they were aware of the game and would time everything correctly. On our wedding day, the first bus arrived 30+ minutes late. This bus was for our wedding party, so we lost a bunch of time with our photographer at the venue. The 2nd bus was so late we had to scramble to get all of our guests either onto the first bus or alternate transportation. After the wedding, our planner emailed Marcos communicating what happened with the transportation, how it significantly pushed back every piece of our wedding, and asking for some refund. He stated Bauer takes up to 6 weeks to process refunds. After 8 weeks and a number of follow-ups to get a response from Marcos, they refunded us 5% of our bill. This didn't even cover the Lyfts and Ubers the guests had to take to the venue as a result of everything that happened. I've followed up with Marcos twice stating this refund doesn't feel in line with what happened. He's stopped responding. Friends gave me advice that one big thing would go wrong the day of our wedding. That was Bauer. I highly recommend booking with another service. read more

I reached out to Bauer's when a group of 25 families needed transportation from the Peninsula to The War Memorial Opera House. Their team was highly responsive when I requested a quote for our group, provided information on their driver qualification/certification process and helped find a central location to for our pick-up. The day of the event, our bus arrived on-time to pick us up, despite rain and poor driving conditions. Our driver was extremely accommodating and patient, which was particularly appreciated given that half our group was young children. This company is horrible and absolutely unsafe!! I can't believe that the Marriott Waterfront maintains a contract with them. Shuttles are consistently broken, we were forced to crawl up the front passenger seat and through the center divider to get to our seats. Today, these bags are a hazard but the back door is broken so they stacked the bags in front. The schedule is a joke, drivers are rude, they used a piece of binder paper for a sign on the side of the shuttle. Hey, at least it was college ruled lol! They suck! read more

Darwin was my shuttle driver for over a year and he consistently operated his shuttle with high quality and great customer service. He warmly greeted all his passengers every morning and takes the time to remember his passengers' stops. He would let you know whenever it's your stop if he's noticed you did not get off.
