The dealer would have replaced the entire side mirror for about $2000. Dan replaced the snap on cover (all that was needed) for a fraction of that dealer quote. This was the best auto repair experience for me in a long long time. Dan and his crew are the best. I feel more comfortable keeping my older car knowing I can take it to Entler's.

Tony became furious and said he wouldn't service my car and said I had to pick it up immediately or it would be towed. When I arrived he continued to yell at me despite requests that he let me pay so I could leave. He charged almost 200 dollars for the scans and blamed me on his not having lunch that day (he suggested the appointment time!). He told me that I would have to fix it myself (knowing I couldn't) and telling me that the engine would probably fail on the way home. Do not come alone if you're a woman.

Without communicating with us, Joey deemed our car totaled and sent it to Copart to be stripped for parts. It then sat without a windshield in the rain for a week while pieces were taken from it. By the time we had found out what had happened our car was destroyed (pictures attached of what it looked like when we got it back). Then to top things off, a month later we were sent a bill for a repair that was not even ours. This invoice had the personal information of another one of there customers (name, address, email, phone number). This was the single worst experience I have had dealing with auto repair. Please don't make my same mistake and take your car elsewhere.

I drive a 2008 BMW 550iI am in the process of upgrading and some restoration work to the engine as…read moreit has 150,000 miles on it but make no mistake It is not in any way shape or form a junker as the pictures below will attest. I planned on doing some suspension upgrades as well as some engine modifications and I called Dina sport to see if they would be able to do that kind of work. I asked if I could provide the parts they said that I could, however, they would not be able to warranty the work. I was OK with that. I washed the car by hand the morning II brought it in to be looked at (something I always do so they see I care for my car and hopefully they will as well. the damage that represented below in the pictures did not exist at that time. I had prior quotes from BMW, the other from another independent repair shop both of whom claim that two wheel bearings need to be replaced and both lower control arms on both sides (4) needed to be replaced. The shop called me back having not discovered either one of the wheel bearings and only finding part of the suspension issue. Wanting to charge $1000 and not knowing what parts they were putting in and being told that they were no longer for some reason allowing me to bring in my own parts. I declined that repair from them feeling like they had missed the Mark that was discovered by two other repair shops and Les Schwab tire. I had them go ahead and do the expansion valve and a hose which was causing a coolant and a cooling problem. They told me I needed a new battery which I said, go ahead and do and to pick up the car, was shocked to see the battery charge $600. I expected three or $400 never 600 did a little research while that's very much on the high side and It's not what I've ever paid before. My car was backed in against another building with the nose pointing out so I could not see the driver side of the car where this damage was. I drove straight home and didn't drive until today when I noticed the damage. I feel inveigled with a bait and switch, I feel like they obfuscated damage that was done and I feel like they overcharged for the replacement of the battery and then did not stand by what they originally represented. The damage is clearly done by the lift not being positioned right on the car.

My car was done so much faster than in my other experiences that I genuinely had trouble believing it. Car was dropped off unable to move on a Wednesday and by the following Monday it was ready for pickup - totally blown clutch, flywheel, and a few other items that died in the process. The pricing is extremely fair, less than I was expecting honestly, and when I got there I was also walked through some other potential issues and maintenance items to be mindful of. From what I could tell I got a very thorough inspection while it was in there. I will not be bringing my car anywhere else - DynaSport has a customer for life.
