Nick is awesome, contacted him looking for a slab of redwood, he was able to answer all of my beginner type of questions, and never made me feel stupid. He was also really helpful in teaching me some things about the wood itself and the overall business model of reusing every scrap of wood possible to minimize waste is amazing. He made the overall buying experience VERY easy and I never felt pressured to buy. 10/10 will definitely be buying more wood from him.

Redwood Table

Bay Area Redwood helped facilitate the milling of a redwood I need to take down on my property. Nick was great to work with through the whole process. I now have 2 beautiful pieces to show for it. Thank you so much Bay Area Redwood.

If I had a choice I would give -500…read more The problem is with their 'white glove' delivery service. Absolutely ripe off. Don't understand what exactly white glove delivery means !? Feels like red carpet service when we get to know this for the first time. I was Infact expecting some national guards to come and greet me like red carpet. Non sense!!! The patio furniture was delivered without side tables . And the side tables were delivered with UPS who just left it at doorstep only to realise I have to assemble it myself. The charges $400 fee just for shipping and assembly for $3k order. I think this is ridiculous!!! Please close down you don't deserve to be in business!!!

I specifically came for their green guard gold furniture, and was disappointed to find that the green guard gold certification is not listed on the tag. There's also very little cell reception in the space so none of their QR codes would load. I ended up doing additional research and after only feeling partially interested in their desk designs I decided to go with a different company as I wanted a plain desk with no drawers or storage and they had little to nothing in that category. The service at this location was slightly standoffish and not particularly helpful, but some of the items were quite pretty. Especially since the quality was much higher than that of Pottery Barn, easily. All in all, it was a well laid out showroom and I loved their Acorn color, but their current designs just weren't for me.

This is now the third time I have placed an order with your company, and unfortunately, every order has involved significant problems. My most recent experience has been especially frustrating due to poor communication, inconsistent information from representatives, and a lack of follow-through regarding delivery and service arrangements. On multiple occasions, representatives have contacted me and advised one course of action, only for something entirely different to occur. I was informed that payment was required for a particular service, yet after payment was made, there was no proper follow-up or coordination. Additionally, no one contacted me to reschedule or provide updates regarding the status of my order and service appointment. As a customer, I expect accurate information, professional communication, and reliable service. Instead, I have repeatedly encountered confusion, delays, and a lack of accountability. Having experienced issues with all three of my orders, I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided. I am requesting that Ashley Furniture review my account and order history, investigate these recurring issues, and provide a prompt resolution. I would also appreciate a detailed explanation regarding why these service failures continue to occur and what steps will be taken to prevent similar problems in the future. I value good customer service and had hoped for a better experience with your company. However, the repeated problems have caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I was on the hunt to update my living room lighting. I have had very good luck with PB in the past. I wanted to honor the Pantone Color of the year...Cloud. Dancer, a fresh , cool white. I think I nailed it with this Hill Ceramic Lamp. PB has amazing shipping packaging ...my new friend could have made it thru anything its trip had to offer. UPS is their carrier, and I have had good luck with them. PB is not the least expensive, but from my experience offers good quality merchandise.

A couple of times we have asked for help with a dresser and they said they would be right back, never came! Sadly we went home and spent over 5800 on bedroom furniture. Last week we went back in looking at dining furniture..asked if there was any chance we could maybe deal on shipping if ordering through store, she shook her said no, but didnt offer to help us further to make the sale. Yes, they are overpriced but for the most part, we love their stuff. The service is awful so we will just continue to order online.
