Amazing ladies! Rafaella is the owner now not Ana and she personally came to clean my house. The pricing was extremely good for the first time cleaning and they got it completely done in 2 hours. The house is spotless. They even got the hard water marks off the glass in the shower! They came early and are thorough in cleaning. We walked through the house I explained a slow drain, which room didn't need touching and they could move items if needed to clean. They are not only fast but everything is even better than before. Next time I will see about a refrigerator and window cleaning because they just do an exceptional job. Anna Cristina and her team came today to do a deep clean of our kitchen and bathroom. They also vacuumed our upstairs and stairs. Before they started, we did a walkthrough and they told us realistically what we should expect. I thought the fact that they shared their professional knowledge beforehand as opposed to after was very helpful. They also told us which particular services were extra, which I really appreciated. This information made me feel as though I could trust them to tell me what I needed to know. As for the cleaning itself, I am extremely satisfied. I also appreciated that Anna Cristina really listened to me when I expressed some confusion about the pricing. So her customer service is excellent. Then, to top it all off, I noticed that they did even more then what we asked!! They didn't tell us about this nor did they charge us extra! Can you believe it? Amazing service. As for any constructive feedback, I would say that they were a little late due to traffic and could have called us to let us know. Or maybe we didn't give them a chance because we called them right away. This is meant to be constructive and would not deter me for a second from hiring them again. I really had high expectations for Ana Cristina and Bay Area Special Clean based on the high reviews she received. When I made my appointment with her for 11:30am I assumed she'd arrive on time. By 11:45am, I was annoyed so I called to see where she was. When she answered, there was not even an apology for being late. I had to say, "You said you'd be here at 11:30 and it is now 11:45am - when will you be coming?" Her response was, "Oh, I'm eating lunch because I haven't eaten all day. I'll be there soon." When I asked her to specify how "soon" meant - she said 20-25 minutes. She did not arrive until past 12:30pm - that's 1 hour past the appointment time. If she knew she had back to back appointments then she should have made my appointment for a later time. Keeping a customer waiting is just unacceptable. I have errands to run and don't have time to wait all day for her to show up. Her cleaning services were OK. I did have to ask her to clean the window shutters more carefully as they were still dusty and dirty when I checked on a room she had finished cleaning. I think the rating falls between 2 and 3 stars but maybe she was just having a bad day so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and give her a 3 star rating. On the plus side, she did provide a discount for being late which was appreciated but doesn't make up for the hour I wasted waiting. read more

Going off yelp reviews, I called Anna Cristina and asked her to clean our house that desperately needed some TLC. She gets an A+ for responsiveness (she mobilized in less than 48 hours), communication (after the initial phone call, she communicates via texting..thank you!) and for a very detailed and thorough job. We hired cleaners 1 year ago who like Anna Cristina needed 4 hours to clean our 2 bed/1 bath house (yeah - it was that dirty) and they charged twice the price and I had to call them back for so many things they missed....the light fixtures in the bathroom, the top of the toiletry cabinet, the kitchen sink faucet! Anna Cristina even wiped down the top of the shower curtain rod and she dared to take on our wooden blinds. She's awesome. We'll be hiring her again in the future. read more

I had Anna Christina and her team come over last week to clean my home. They were on time and even called to let me know they were on their way. Job was done very thoroughly, they even dusted every window blind. They followed instructions well and demonstrated great professionalism and attention to detail. She even made my bed in a pretty way and created little ruffles out of my tissue boxes. I love that they use green products since I'm pregnant and I have pets. I've moved into a condo just a few months ago and after finally unpacking began searching for house keeping services I've contacted Bay Area Special Clean and Christina came out for an estimate First cleaning i wanted to be "deep clean" they have cleaned out the condo, railing on the balcony and even washed the dishes i had completely forgot to wash the night before. I have to give Anna a 5 star! I called her if she can squeezed me on her busy schedule the same day and she did. She came at 5pm and didn't finish 'til almost 10pm. She cleans my place while I am at work, it is so nice to come home to a nice clean place. She uses a combo of my cleaning products and her own, but is flexible.
