Wow. Just wow. I am soooooo happy that my husband found Francis House Cleaning. This dynamic duo of mother (Francis) and daughter (Jackie) are great at what they do. Prices are extremely reasonable and fair. They were on time, friendly and detail oriented. Cleaning is hard work and there is no way I could have done as much cleaning in the allotted time. I am hooked on hiring cleaners now. LOL. There is a little bit of a language barrier but nothing that should stop you from hiring them. To put it in perspective, my house has been undergoing some remodel work in the past few months....dust, stains and whatever else was everywhere. Remodeling is just a messy process no matter how much you try to protect your things. Now that the remodel is close to completion, I was dreading moving back because it would mean a lot of work (i.e., cleaning and organizing). Anyways, Francis and Jackie were able to make my house feel clean. They were able to make my house feel like home again. You don't know how important that is after being away for so long. After lots of researching I decided to go with Francis cleaning services. I saw that it was her and her daughter and I really love that. They did an AMAZING job. We did a move out clean of the kitchen and bathrooms and they left it spotless. They were so nice to me and my son and left everything locked up as asked. Francis and her daughter did a great job cleaning our house. We were looking for a move-in cleaning within 2 days and they responded right away, with the best price out of all services I looked into. We had just remodeled the kitchen and there was a layer of dust over everything, but they helped us wipe down the floors of the entire house (multiple times), did a thorough cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, and windows in particular, which is exactly what we needed. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and they finished in 2.5 hours. They were very friendly, personable, and responsive as well. I notified her and she offered to come back out which I did not feel was necessary, but the next time she came, she had replaced her vacuum with a new one and has been doing a great job keeping our place clean ever since! I'm so glad I found Francis. She just started her yelp page and business and she was the first one to reply to me when I was looking for a house cleaner. We've been taking care of two seniors without help from family for about 3.5 years full time, but about 5+ years in total and it's getting very hard on us with no break. So this is the first time we were looking for house cleaning. Francis not only answered me quickly via Yelp Project messages, but she was on time too. She came with her daughter to help with translation, which we are thankful for. We agreed to the rooms/areas to clean and then at the end, the night before we asked if she'll clean an extra bathroom, and she was very flexible and agreed. We took before and after photos, and wow....our floors were shiny and the carpets were vacuumed. We only had her clean the living room, 3 bathrooms (upstairs and down) and the kitchen upstairs. They took about 2.5 hours with 2 people. Her daughter definitely helped her too, to wipe our ceiling. They were very friendly, and professional. At the end, we discussed the option of having on going cleaning, and she'll get back to us on what the cost will be.
