The staff person I have dealt with is neither friendly nor helpful. The office itself is very shabby and run down. They do not make reminder phone calls for appointments and the hours are a little limited. The doctor herself is very knowledgeable and friendly enough, but due to the inconvenience and unfriendliness of the staff, I will not be going back.

Although I do not think it's right that Medicare doesn't pay for routine but necessary to buy contacts or eyeglasses exams, I felt some empathy coming back to me. Gladly my eyes haven't changed so I was happy about that. I complimented Dr Hayden on the gal that does the preliminary eye stuff super nice, and the photos of my inner eyeball were way cool and looked like Mars Dr Hayden himself was very nice and explained what he was seeing. He had a Mensa magazine on the table in the waiting room of which he belongs. I am light years in IQ points below that lol but appreciate that a down to earth bona fide genius is my eye Docter. The staff were so friendly and empathetic. The doctor himself was knowledgeable, down to earth and truly cared about my eye. He even snuck me in again for follow up right before he was going away for a week and got me into a specialist to keep treatment going.
