This used to be a good little place. I mean I brought friends and family here 8 years ago post wedding. Now the menu has changed and it's lost its charm and apparently the wait staff and cleaning crew have abandoned the place as well. Between a bug roaming the floor and the more serious cleaning issue of splatters on the walls, this place has become unappetizing. I'm here at the restaurant writing this review. The Food is Good not great. The Ambiance is wonderfully done. Service sucks. When has it been okay to have just a bad attitude from start to finish when customers come into your place of business. I guess some owners don't realize that they can be all over social media in a heartbeat. Also I have a problem with people that are not even from your country, treating your country men and women like trash. I have served this country in the Marine Corps and have a diverse family background. That also includes Asian. So when I write this it's not from a place of hate. More from a place of we can do better and if not then we can help close you down. Decent, though it didn't blow me away. The ambience could use a little love; it's not exactly a place you'd bring someone you're trying to impress. But honestly, I'd still come back for the pho--it's worth it. Funny thing: while eating here, I overheard a guy at the next table explaining to his date that pho is pronounced "foe" with absolute confidence. She corrected him, and instead of admitting he was wrong, he said, "Well, that's just how I say it." The awkward silence that followed was almost as rich as the broth. I'm never the one to make bad reviews, but this place was terrible. I paid $46 upfront for some food, and when my plate was served to my table, it had a strange smell. I ignored the smell, and tasted a bite of the noodles, and immediately gagged, almost vomited, had to spit the food out in the napkin, and continued to gag a few times. I took the food to the manager to complain that the food was bad, and she said "sorry no refund for the food ". I told her it was not good, and asked to exchange it at least. She said no exchange. The entire experience left my daughter with a lost appetite as well, and it was the worse customer service that I have ever experienced in America. I would imagine this to happen in a poor third world country, but not in Spring Texas. I would not even take this food to go, to give it to a homeless person. Came here for lunch yesterday, got a bahn mi and bun boe hue #40. Asked for the bahn mi to have extra jalepenos, cilantro, and mayo. Couldn't really taste the mayo and it tasted like the had a sweet relish or topping on it..don't like the sweet. The bun boe hue was good and tasty, I would definitely get this again! First my sweet waitress was so kind, it seems like they corrected the rude service thing. She was very traditional in her approach, soft speaking. Excellent there. Spring roles were good! Fresh and good. I like a little kick of cilantro or mint but it was good. Peanut sauce wasn't a winner because hot. Ick, I like it better temperature. Chicken curry, very flavorful-- I like it. I drove past this place and thought I'd try it out since potbelly's was closed next door during this Covid pandemic. Everyone knows takeout pho isn't as good as dine-in pho, but I wanted to try it anyway. Once I returned home, I was disappointed how small the portions were compared to other pho places. I looked at these small chicken spring rolls and the lack of pho noodles and I was literally like, "what the pho man?!" The broth wasn't clean and it had a cinnamon flavor to it. The Bun was steamed to perfection w the duck being moist with just enough hoisin to add to the flavor t the duck. And to kick it up a fresh jalapeños. We also had their Spicy Tofu Ramen!! Flavors are really good. I love a strong broth. I've had the chicken pho and chicken/shrimp pho. Both are really good!

First off... this place is downright precious. Super cute atmosphere and friendly staff. We ordered the steam dumplings that were delicious! Our main course was two bahn mis sandwiches that were down right the best we ever had. The meat was perfectly seasoned and the bread is made in house so it was delicious and fresh. To drink we had the regular unsweet tea that was so tasteful we asked for one to go along with a thai tea to go. Do yourself a favor and check out this treasure. read more

When you walk in, you are taken away from the noise of the road outside. This is a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of seating to help maintain safe social distance too. The menu is bright, colourful and descriptive. Great choices too. I opted for the steak pho. It was brought to my table in only a few minutes, super fast! And...it was delicious! Really wasn't expecting much, was just looking for something to grab for lunch while passing through. But wow was I glad to stumble across this place. The menu has good variety, what me and my fiancé got were the pork banh mi and chicken banh mi with egg. I would have taken pictures of these beautiful sandwiches if we weren't so busy devouring them. Everything was seasoned and proportioned perfectly, egg was perfect. I don't remember when was the last time I had a banh mi this good, and I've had many. It's worth noting that when ordering To-Go, they have little individual sriracha packets, like ketchup packets but sriracha, which I didn't know existed and love! Also the containers are designed to be torn apart easily so the banh mi can rest in the container while eating without taking up a lot of room. I have passed this place a couple of times and decided to try it about 3 days ago when i had a Vietnamese food craving. Once I walked in it was about 3 families sitting and eating their food. The decor is very cute and modern. So I was like hmm maybe I will try something I don't typically get at a Vietnamese restaurant but I had to get some spring rolls. I had never had spring rolls with strawberries in them so I was hoping I was in for a treat and then I ordered Tom Yum. I had looked up what Tom Yum was before i came and was like it sounds good. I got home and and my first taste, wowzer! My eyes watered, ooo it was sooo spicy! But I had just tried the broth, so I ate some more broth with the rice noodles and the spice calmed down, it was very delicious. I was very disappointed in the food from this restaurant. It has many good reviews, so I ordered from them on Grubhub. I got a beef bah mí with the vegetable soup. It was absolutely flavorless. The bah mí did not have much meat nor vegetables and it was also quite dry due to the lack of mayonnaise. The broth of the vegetable soup tasted like water. The vegetables were the closest thing to seasoning in this dish. The food seemed to be very americanized; not so authentic. I most likely will not return, but I would give it another try if I was recommended a dish that taste spectacular. read more

Been here twice and tried their soups. My favorite is their Tom Yum soups with anything in it (I had shrimp, and seafood). Also, their Pho is flavorful. Try the buns; I had the pork and the soft shell crab. I get it, it's a new place and they're still getting their feet wet, but for what it is, it's pretty darned good. The servers are friendly. Update: This place is great if you're the only one here. The service is obnoxiously slow if they get the slightest bit crowded. No way a full restaurant will work with 2 servers.
