As a former customer service professional, I am generally very understanding of training curves and first-day jitters, but the lack of basic support, standard store etiquette, and procedural accuracy during my visit was completely unacceptable. I came into the store today specifically to drop off three pieces of equipment--two Pro Extenders that were sent to me without my request, and a modem--and to get quick assistance with splitting my Wi-Fi bands into separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz SSIDs. The representative assisting me was clearly new and struggled with my technical request, which I initially overlooked. However, while we waited for another representative to assist, she completely disengaged and began texting on her personal phone. When I suggested she call up the next customer in line so as not to waste their time while we waited, she ignored the suggestion, leaving us both to sit in awkward silence while the line built up. When the second representative finally stepped in, he lacked basic knowledge of how to split network bands and unhelpfully insisted I needed the hardware I was actively returning. Frustrated by the lack of resolution and the runaround after traveling out of my way to this location, I decided to leave. To make matters worse, I asked before leaving if everything had been properly scanned and processed. I was assured that it was, only to look at my receipt after leaving and discover that only two items were recorded. The modem was left off completely. I traveled to this store expecting knowledgeable assistance and basic professional courtesy. Instead, I left with an unresolved technical issue, an unrecorded equipment return I now have to spend time following up on by phone, and an overall terrible impression of this location's staff training and customer care. I expect better management and accountability at this branch.

Not only was I looking for flowers, but also a sympathy card. The selection for pet sympathy cards was a little bit small, however, the options that were available were perfect. The woman who was working was very kind and directed me towards the selection right away. The cards I got was also only $4! Considering if I were to get it online it would've been closer to $10, I think it was a great deal.

I should have listened...I read the reviews here about repairs but thought it would be okay…read more I brought in my old camcorder to be repaired in early January. They charged me $50 to leave it and have it diagnosed. About a week later, they called to give me the total cost for repair and said that the initial $50 would be applied to the total. I agreed. A month later, I called to get the status of the repair. I was told they probably were waiting for a part. I called again a month later and was told that they would ask the repair person and would get back to me regarding the details about what part was ordered. Never heard from them. I would call once a month and get the same answer...they were waiting for a part. When I asked again what part was ordered, they could not tell me and said they would find out and let me know. Never heard back about what part was ordered. Finally, I decided that I would just get my camcorder back. They said they would get it from the repair person and let me know when it was back at the store. Never heard from them. I finally called and was told that it was in the store. From dropping off the camcorder to getting it back unrepaired took all of 6 months. I do not recommend bringing anything here for repair.

When calling around, someone recommended this location. So glad they did! We wanted 18x24, and they let us know the picture will likely turn out pixelated because the original picture is 4x6 AND needed to be cropped. We said that was fine. But when we came back to pick up the picture, they also gave us a 12x18 that looked great too! Such great service, super considerate. I highly recommend this place because they will definitely make sure you're taken care of
