He then sent Rizvan out for a free consultation where they identified things that needed to be done vs things that were fine. Rizvan came with one other coworker and setup a cloth underneath the fireplace area and also used a black cloth to cover up the fireplace opening while they brushed and vacuumed. I had a d95 error code on my LG Dryer (Bloackage in the exhaust). I called, and in less than 2 hours Bay Services was at my home. Aydin and Parvin arrived on time, were very professional and polite. They replaced my recently installed dryer hose in the laundry room (which was improperly installed by Home Depot installers the day before) and then they got on the roof and cleaned out my dryer exhaust ventilation which was super dirty, cleaned everything up, and were done and out in about an hour. I watched him do great work in getting all the junk out of my dryer vent that is 25 feet long with a pump in the way. My fireplace became clogged so I called a couple of different places for a basic cleaning, Bay Services had the best prices and was able to come soonest. They were super nice and responsive on the phone and great about communicating exactly when they were going to come on the day of. They have a nice work schedule including weekends, so if you work and you're having a hard time finding somebody to come out to do these services when you can be there, this is a good choice. They even texted and offered to come earlier when they had extra time the day prior to my appointment. (I couldn't do it, but I thought that was very nice of them to think of it.) they did a beautiful job cleaning the fireplace and took pictures of the work, checked the cap and damper on the roof, and ended up also checking and cleaning out my dryer ducts and taking photos of the before-and-after of that as well. The whole cost was less than what one of the other companies wanted to charge for just the fireplace. I will definitely be calling them back when I need my HVAC ducts cleaned. They even had to make a trip to the Home Depot in order to get a part.
