Bay Services responded quickly to my request for a quote for services and we scheduled for that same day. Allan and Eric arrived timely and within the service window. They were efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. My dryer vent is only about 12" long and runs horizontally from the dryer through the exterior wall so it's a very straight forward set up that doesn't generate much build up. That said, they had to remove at least 19 years of lint from the vent and the dryer. Upon completion, they gave me a few tips on dryer and vent maintenance. Our dryer vent needed to cleaned out so I requested a quote from Bay Services and received a quick response from Thomas about the service quote. An appointment was scheduled right away afterwards. Vasul was the service guy who came to clean vent and discovered that it also needed to be replaced. The dryer vent was replaced for an additional fee.
