We found we had no air flow coming out of our dryer vent outdoors and also had lint buildup under our dryer. Our dryer is in the middle of our house and the vent has about a 20 foot run to the outside. We called Bay Services on Sunday afternoon to set up an appointment . We were given an arrival window on Monday morning between 9AM and 11AM. We had a text from them earlier in the morning that narrowed down their arrival time to between 9:30 and 10:30. Vusal and Orkhan arrived at 10:30. They soon figured out that our vent had become detached under the house. Vusal went under the house and determined that it was detached in two places. He sent photos to Orkhan who in turn showed them to us. Vusal was able to tape the vent pieces back together (the original tape had come loose) and then Orkhan did the cleaning. We were thrilled that they were able to take care of the repair in addition to the cleaning. They were done within an hour, in spite of the extra work needed. We felt their charges were very reasonable - going under our house is no treat for any one. They were also very professional and knowledgeable. We plan to call them regularly for our dryer vent maintenance from now on. read more

The wall looks good and the vent now appears perfectly aligned. I would recommend Bay Services, they will make sure that you are happy with the result :)! I'm disappointed with the duct installation work, despite his friendliness. The installation involved drilling holes on two walls, which he drilled on the stud and had to redrill for proper installation. However, the drywall was left damaged and in need of repair. We had to incur additional expenses to fix the walls. Furthermore, the duct installed was not aligned properly. We had planned to renovate the garage, but now this duct has became an eyesore and it's disheartening to have it in an area where we want to improve the aesthetic appeal. While we appreciate the technician's attitude, we are left feeling disappointed and frustrated with the outcome. It's unfortunate that we now have to spend more time and resources trying to rectify the issue. read more

Also, we thought our vent exited via the back of the townhouse, but it is actually on the roof-- so up they went. Great communication from the start.
