Overall a solid service for cleaning ducts and dryer outlet. Only small issue is that they left a lot of bits of paint/dry wall around where they took the ducts on/off, and the attachment of a couple of the vents is not ideal as they are offset and allow leakage around the register. I'd call this more like a 4.5 star rating due to this, and I was not there when the job was finished so was not able to share this feedback with them so will land on a 5 star review overall. read more

Great experience with Bay Services. We reached out due to uneven heating air flow and our furnace turning on/off constantly. Camilla helped schedule the service in quick order and was easy to communicate with via text. Tim came out to do an inspection for us. He was really nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did the inspection and found we primarily just needed to replace our air filter (oops, our bad), and explained that that can cause the furnace to turn on/off if air flow is poor and/or there is over heating. But he also did a comprehensive check on furnace error codes, our thermostat connection (which also was complaining from the furnace turning on/off), and air flow check on all the ducts to check for any other issues. He then stayed around to adjust the attic duct dampers (that we didn't know about) to get optimal flow for each room, understanding our specific system, paying attention to our problem and our needs. He was friendly and explained everything to us as he went along. From the time we reached out, we had a much improved heating system just 2 days later. read more
