I was incredibly impressed by Bay Services, and especially with the technicians Elkhan and Emin. First off, their office was easy to communicate with, and were incredibly responsive - able to schedule a service call much faster than we expected might be possible. Our dryer vent cleaning service went perfectly: The technicians were very professional, as well as incredibly honest: Upon initial inspection, there was some concern whether the dryer vent might have needed a much-more-involved repair (e.g. fixing a broken pipe). But while they brought up the concern - to ensure my spouse and I were aware - once they investigated more details, they realized that such an additional effort was NOT actually necessary, and WERE able to successfully complete the vent cleaning as needed. In addition, while we had scheduled a cleaning of our bathroom fans, once they inspected each of them, they realized they were NOT in need of cleaning, so did not pursue this - and did not charge us for that work. This level of honesty and integrity is very welcome in the world right now. We're very happy that we went with Bay Services, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. read more

The Bay Services guys just left and they did an outstanding job! From start to finish (booking, showing up on time and doing the actual dryer vent cleaning) the experience was totally professional. I also appreciated the before and after cleaning photos of the vent and the time they took to explain to me (and my complaining neighbors) how the vent works and that lint naturally does blow out of the vent even after it's been cleaned. I had a very good experience with Bay Services. They responded promptly, communicated clearly via text, provided a fair quote, and I was able to schedule the appointment within a few days. Vance was the technician who performed the work. Upon arrival, he surveyed the job area, discussed the plan with me and then got to work. Our dryer was on the ground level and it vented up up on the third floor roof. The work was performed efficiently and he took great care not to scratch the floors around the dryer (which I appreciated). After he was done, he vacuumed and cleaned up the area and then explained the work he performed. I was able to pay via mobile invoice and paid via ApplePay (which was convenient). Decided to try out Bay Services since I noticed my dryer took super long to dry clothes. I have a stacked washer+dryer inside of a closet, so the most difficult thing is definitely to pull the unit inside and outside of the closet without damaging my walls or the metal pan on the bottom too much. Someone had come out to do a free estimate, which I truly appreciated. After some back and forth, he mentioned a clean up would definitely help and fix the drying issue of my unit. I believe a few days later, two gentleman had come by to work on cleaning the dryer. Like I said, the most difficult task was pulling the unit out. They brought their vacuum to clean out as much lint as possible. Also went up to the roof to ensure proper air flow. I was charged a bit more due to mention of changing to a different (more flexible) hose. Since cleaning (been a few months now), I can see it dries a bit better. I would say previously, it was a 1 out of 5 drying. I would need two 90 min high cycles to dry a regular load. Now I would rate it 3 out of 5. I still sometimes need more than one cycle to dry a full load. Now I try to do smaller loads which helps for sure. I will continue to monitor my dryer. I will be open to trying Bay Services again in the future! Staff was friendly. I completely understand the build out for my condo is definitely making the situation a lot more tough. read more
