Damn, it's been a couple of months now and I've been able to control the climate of my entire house from my phone, optimizing the temperature and sometimes making it as low as 66F to just enjoy the air being crisp. The install has been fantastic quality and the crew listened to everything I wanted every step of the way. They mounted rat spikes where I wanted, they put the lines and the units exactly where I asked and I've had no issues at all. I truly believe with home price comparisons in my area that I made money off of the install because it increased my home value. The owner apologized, wasn't defensive, didn't try to get to me explain my self and was just apologetic to what I experienced. They offered partial refund and service to show that they want to fix the wrong and prove that they are a great service company. ------ Original review: I had a very negative experience with air shark technician. My issue was needing the capacitor replaced. The fix was quick and I was clearly over charged. When I asked about this, the technician just said it's just business. He exaggerated the price of the part needed which is a capacitor saying it's like $200-$300. It's at most $50. It took him like 10 minutes to replace the part and said you either accept the charge and pay or I just take it out. It felt very predatory, like I already fixed it you might as well pay. He proceeds to measure temps and other various things just to pass time while he waits for me to decide if I want to pay or have him unfix it. I can accept being over charged but something about how this situation transpired left a bad taste for me. For example, why wouldn't you say you need to replace this and it cost this much for the fix instead of fixing it first then say pay or I take it off.

Unfortunately, there was a communication mix up and some additional work was needed. With every other contractor I've worked with, this is where things get painful. You can't reach them. They push back. They argue. Not so with Fuse. First off, they have a call center so you can always reach someone, and that person is always helpful. Then, they really do work to make things right. We had an other technician out within a few days to make the small fix. Work was fast, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. They were also 100% unwilling to compromise on safety - and they were very clear on this. I want this in an electrical contractor. Anyway, I absolutely recommend Fuse and I'd have zero hesitation using any of their services again.
