The glasses never worked, so she went back to Mass Eye & Ear to have them checked and found out they were not made to the prescription. When she called, the doctor yelled at her and said there was nothing she could do since it was over 90 days. I would recommend not going to this location. Thank you for your response. I am disappointed in your conversation with her on the phone earlier today. I will wait and see how this works out. But working in customer service I am mortified how you treated her on the phone today. So I am warning others that they may be yelled at if they do business with your location. Both of them are from in his own line of Todd Rogers glasses. They really fit my personality and make me feel stylish. But, besides the excellent quality of his glasses, is the way he treats his customers. He gives everyone his special attention and has such and expertise in fitting you in the frames that it's amazing! Also his warmth, compassion and humor put you at ease. And he absolutely stands behind his work. Customer service is king and if you want the extra TLC, I highly recommend Todd. Don't be fooled into getting the cheapest glasses you can find. It had no markings saying it was any kind of service dog, so I assume it was someone's pet. The dog ran around loose for a while, and then it CRAPPED all over the floor! It stunk to high heaven, and I thought I was going to barf. The room was full of elderly people at the time. And he is the one that made me realize why the scratch is only on 1 side. Lense crafter, you should be ashamed of your self. Selling overpriced item with no quality. Now i doubt my frame is really burberry or just a knock-off and sell it for $600 for profit. I paid almost $700 for those pairs. My online glasses are better quality than theirs.
