She took us out to the lot, showed us the trailer we thought would be a good candidate answering all our questions. When the unit did not quite meet everything on our list, she took the time to explore the west coast for alternatives. The choices were limited, but it did not keep her from putting in the time and effort to help us find our perfect match. So if you are planning a trip to this dealership, strongly suggest you try to make Brittany your salesperson to help find the perfect RV for you.

This was about being lied to, strung along for days, and treated like our time meant absolutely nothing. We came in on Monday, and Betsy was very pleasant. She processed our information and confidently told us we'd be picking up our camper the next day. To say that is too good to be true is an understatement, Betsy was complicit in the delayed information, false expectations and neglect. The following morning, we even received a text telling us to come in and sign paperwork, only to then be told everything had to be pushed back a few days. After multiple text messages and four phone calls before I could finally get anyone on the phone, I was told the finance manager wasn't in, our paperwork simply hadn't been completed yet, and that everything would be finished by Wednesday around noon or 1:00 p.m. We were told to come in, and Betsy would meet us there. When we arrived on Wednesday, Chris, the manager, informed us that our financing had actually been declined on the 28th--the day before we ever stepped foot into Camping World. So while employees were telling us our paperwork was still being worked on, scheduling us to come back, and asking us to wait for the finance manager, they either had no idea what was going on or simply couldn't be bothered to tell us the truth. When I asked what our options were, Chris responded with, "I don't know, I'm not the finance manager." When I explained how frustrating and disappointing this was, he literally shrugged his shoulders and said, "Okay, nothing I can do." That level of customer service from someone calling themselves a manager is unacceptable. No apology. No accountability. No attempt to help. Just complete indifference after wasting several days of our time. It amazes me that Corporate would be ok with this mentality, not even including the excessive amount of bad reviews. Thankfully, we left and went to Tacoma RV Center. The difference was night and day. Their staff treated us like customers instead of inconveniences. They got everything approved and completed within a couple of hours. Even more impressive, when they learned we were hoping to have a camper for the Fourth of July weekend, they rearranged their delivery schedule and moved our walkthrough and delivery date up so we wouldn't miss out on our holiday plans. That's what real customer service looks like. Camping World lost a sale because of poor communication, disorganization, and management that couldn't care less. Tacoma RV Center earned our business because they actually value their customers and were willing to go the extra mile. Save yourself the frustration. Skip Camping World and go Tacoma RV Center. Just down the road and turn right (I think)

    This is the most unprofessional and unethical company I will never recommend them to anyone from…read morethe buying experience when we bought are 2026 cougar keystone my wife liked it nuts wanted different seats she asked do you have this exact one but with the other seats yes we waited for it it comes its different no sound bar no TV swivel mount light where different i asked you said it was the same well same layout that's not the same either there lying are do not know there products we buy it anyway buy a second a/c unit it was supposed to be done in 10 days we said OK the day it was supposed to be done they call us saying they never received the part we had to pick it up go camping drop it back off for them to put in the a/c unit that should have been done we take it in for inspection its still less then a year old they say it needs to be fully sealed all the way around roof windows everything less then a year old we have a warranty they said its not covered the s3als are only covered for 90 days we called keystone to ask if that was true they said no seals are covered for a year so once again either there lying are don't know the products we where driving to go camping and the whole window balance feel off and the others are loose all over so either this is a terrible terrible product because we have had nothing but problems with a brand new trailer and the company we bought it from keeps coming up with different reasons why the product they sold me keep having issues is not there fault and make it super difficult to repair. There is a lot more all I can say is they are liars and cheats just look at the rest of the reviews as well you will have nothing but problems here.

Tony was hands-down the best RV representative we worked with throughout our entire search. When we were discouraged and ready to give up, he stepped in, fought for us, and genuinely helped us find the right travel trailer for our needs instead of just trying to make a sale. What really stood out was how attentive and personal he made the experience. My husband is extremely tall ("jolly green giant" tall), and Tony actually took the time to send us recommendations that would realistically fit his height and comfort needs. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to us. If you're looking for someone who is honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to help you find the right RV, ask for Tony Cowan. We're incredibly grateful for all of his help and highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a travel trailer or RV!

    Updated - 2 Years and they still have not given back the 5K they stole…read more Rating -25. Run, don't walk from this RV seller. Earlier this year we purchased a used 2016 Tiffin Class A. Let me preface by saying that we love the lay out and design of the Coach. We also understand that is used and would come with some issues. Now to the unpleasant stuff. #1-During purchase, we were told that 5K is added to the sale price to cover the PDI(Pre-Delivery Inspection). All dealers do this. #2 The morning of delivery, the person giving the walk through knew little to nothing about the coach. #3 Generator would not start. Asked the person if that should not have been checked during the PDI. Reply, "should have been" 45 Min later, a Tech was able to get the gen set working. #4 Get home and 4 way flashers do not work. PDI Check. #5 Toilet does not hold water. PDI check. #6 Bathroom ceiling fan does not work. PDI Check. #7 Shower Faucet leaking. PDI Check. #8 Entertainment system does not work. #9 Basement Vacuum so full I had to break things loose to get it cleaned. PDI Check. The list goes on. Contact them to express my dissatisfaction. Few days later, get a call from the Service Manger. He states the PDI was actually performed when the coach was received by them several months back and in that time, things may have broken. I asked several times for that PDI Check Off, still don't have it. He contacted me again to sate that the service I paid 5K for indeed was not performed. They knew they were caught. He said bring it in, I said that you've already lied to me and stole my hard earned money. No way I was bring it back to you. I was offered a Winterization free of charge though :-). First trip, Check Engine light comes on and Gen Set quits working(again). They never touched this coach and stole 5K from me and my family. I've owned several RV's over the past 25 years, I know what to look for. I have since fixed most of the issues, at my own expense. I have given them numerous opportunities to make this right, Crickets!!. I have also contacted the Sate Attorney General. Please let anyone you know looking for an RV to avoid this place.

OR DO BUSINESS HERE AT ALL FOR THAT MATTER…read more I'm sure there are those more experienced who could probably tell you this, but seeing as how we just got first hand experience with this issue, I figured I'd share. The extended warranties don't cover the number one damage you'd want to have coverage for in the PNW- rain. We are just barely outside of the manufacturer warranty for our 2020 R-pod, which has developed a leak and covered the interior of our trailer with mold over the winter. When I called and asked if this would be covered, they said, "ohhh, yeaaaahhhh... you're supposed to check the seals every 30 days, the warranty doesn't cover this." So, why the hell did your salesman tell me it was a "wall to wall, bumper to bumper" plan? I paid for the top level extended warranty, and now, just over a year in, you're telling me it won't cover a dime? And what am I supposed to do, get out there with a 20 foot ladder and climb on the roof every month to make sure the seals are holding? I don't even know how to do that. Which seals? All of them? What am I looking for? Am *I* a certified technician all of a sudden? Would it be acceptable if a year old car roof started leaking, and Ford or Chevy turned down the warranty because "ohhhh sorryyyyy, you didn't get out there with a vacuum and pressure test all the seals inside the main cab." It's ridiculous. And what's WORSE, is they don't even have availability to look at the damn thing for a month. Kinda wild, it's almost like they're making great money selling shoddy trailers to unexpecting suckers like myself. They'll say anything they can to get you to make a purchase, with all the extra bells and whistles to make you feel protected, then leave you high and dry when it hits the fan. Please. Take your money elsewhere. I don't hate many things, but I loathe dishonesty, deceit, and blatant lack of clarity when making a deal. And the only thing worse than that is a salesman who sells you a trash product, then makes no effort to make it right. Every single one of these people give even the worst used car salesman a bad name. God in heaven please don't let my kid ever grow up and work here. I'll have no choice but to disown him. These values (or lack thereof) have NO place in my family.
