If you want a good sushi roll come here!! I got the california roll add cream cheese and it was amazing! My boyfriend got the Shawn Roll and it was also amazing. I tried the ramen and wasn't the highest fan (personal preference) my server kindly took the ramen and replaced it with another sushi roll. The manger kindly came over and spoken with me about the flavorings and why I wasn't a big fan! She was so kinda and was very respectful and understanding that I wasn't the biggest fan. I will definitely be coming back here for another sushi date night!
Bayridge Sushi exceeded my expectations! The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Both of the sushi's we tried were delicious and the cocktails were just so good. The atmosphere is modern, stylish, and perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made us welcome I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you're looking for great sushi, excellent service, and a beautiful ambiance!
My experience at Bayridge tends to fluctuate between 3 and 5 stars. This specific visit on a Friday evening was 5 stars. Service started slow. We sat for about 15 minutes before being helped. A waiter came to our table and mentioned it wasn't his section and that our waitress was late. He ended up providing service and he was excellent throughout our entire meal. We ordered krab Rangoon's , which came out hot and fresh. For sushi, we ordered five rolls from the happy hour menu, all of which were delicious. Overall, the excellent service made this visit 5 stars.
This place was an absolute home run! My nephew and niece declared, "This is where we're having sushi," and thankfully they chose very wisely. Bayridge Sushi did not disappoint. Now, my sister doesn't quite share the same adventurous palate as the three of us, but I think she had just as much fun watching us demolish roll after roll like seasoned sushi warriors. Service was fantastic from start to finish. Our server took great care of us all evening, and while I sadly didn't catch her name, she absolutely nailed it. I made a valiant attempt to convert my niece and nephew to the glory of Ikura (salmon roe)... but it turns out there is a line in the sushi sand. Tiny orange flavor bombs that pop in your mouth? Apparently that's where they draw the boundary. More for me, I guess. The menu is impressively inclusive, and after flipping through several pages of tempting options, I can confidently say this is now a must-stop every time I visit. And the cherry on top? My wonderful niece insisted on paying for dinner. Totally unnecessary, but incredibly thoughtful and touching. Watching her extend that kindness to her visiting uncle made the night even more special. Great food, great service, great company, and a little Ikura drama for entertainment... what more could you want?

Loved Bayridge! They have two locations but I went to the one in Longwood, there is also one by Disney. The interior is beautiful and has such a cool vibe/ambiance. Large space with so many tables and booths and a big bar! They also have a huge list of fun and unique sushi rolls to choose from. I got the crispy tuna rice which was delicious, along with the truffle lobster roll. They use an entire lobster tail in the roll. So good!
We went here on a Sunday night and although it was busy, we were seated within 5 minutes. Our server was prompt and polite. We ordered the crab rangoons, and two sushi rolls; rainforest roll & lion king. The rangoons had a good amount of filling and were tasty. Both the rolls were very large and delicious. They have a huge menu with lots of variety.
I'm updating my review as it has been quite some time.. This place is solid. I'm becoming a regular ( dine-in and carry out) after trying numerous sushi places in the area. Daily Happy hour except Sunday but on Monday is all day. It rocks!! It can get busy. I typically go outside of the usual dinner rush.
Good food! Very yummy and fresh, we sat at the bar and enjoyed some happy hour drinks and rolls. Good prices and good amount for what you pay.

My friend and I grabbed seats at the bar and decided to try their sushi. We went with the Lion King and King of the Ocean rolls, and both were absolutely phenomenal. I also ordered a new drink from their menu called the Guava Sidecar, and it was hands-down one of the best sidecars I've ever had. The bartender was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful as we explored the menu. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and can't wait to try something new!
Got take out. Coconut shrimp has great coconut flavor and fried to perfection. Godzilla roll is deep fried tempura and very delicious. Spicy tuna and scallion with salmon roll were both quite fresh and delicious. Seaweed salad is mediocre; I've had better. Seaweed salad was salty. Salad with ginger dressing was tasty. Service was prompt. Ambiance is beautiful, spacious and chic. Will have to eat in one time for the full experience.
Another good meal. Shrimp tempura roll, double tuna roll and spicy tuna roll. All very good. We always begin with two ginger house salads and seaweed salad along with the garlic edamame. Great service! A very clean and well decorated restaurant. Always a great evening.
The service is great and the facility is very beautiful. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere. However, the sushi rolls are a bit heavier than I like and also have more sauce so if you're into extra sauces and toppings on your sushi, this might be a place for you.
Bayridge Sushi is one of my local favorite sushi spots to visit! I typically venture to the Longwood location. As it is the closest location to Casselberry. Having been on a handful of occasions, each visit, I am left quite satisfied and happy with not only the service provided, but just the general quality of the food. The restaurant is very beautiful inside - which is a lovely surprise because the exterior is very unassuming. It is infused with cultural decor that leaves you feeling like you have been transported to Japan! So, kudos to the designers!! Now, prior to diving into the food and drinks, I just quickly want to note, there is ample seating indoors. Even with the exterior being so unassuming, it is a quite spacious restaurant. They have banquet seating as well as booth seating. But I digress. Time for the FOOD REVIEW!! Now, the food here, or rather, the sushi, is just DELISH!! I will admit, I haven't tried other dishes from their menu beyond their sushi. Speaking of, the MENU here is MASSIVE! If you don't want sushi, you can definitely order other entrees as they offer bento boxes, bowls, and various other dishes. The price points are great and they also have lunch specials. As for the sushi options I typically indulge in, I stick with the tempura shrimp options. Sometimes I do their speciality rolls and other times I will indulge in their staple rolls. Even though I don't eat a ton of raw sushi (still training my palette for it), I have enjoyed the few raw sushi rolls I have tried. The drinks are also super tasty! My first visit, many months ago, I got their Thai Tea. I also got a matcha!! Both were lovely!! They have a really good non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink menu. Again, the pricing is reasonable pending what you order. The desserts here are BEYOND GOOD! On my most recent visit, I tried their green tea tiramisu and it was really good. Not too sweet and not too earthy (even though I am not opposed to earthy). All in all, I always have a top notch experience here! The staff are great and attentive. There's a decent amount of parking and wait times are usually not super long - even during their peak hours. If you have visited this restaurant, please do! read more
Came in for lunch on a Monday, which is a great time to stop by, since they run a lunch special and happy hour. My husband's bento came out well before our sushi. He was almost done by the time the sushi came out. While good, I felt the tuna in my tuna avocado roll was a little fishy. The clear soup was hot and delicious. read more

We ordered food for delivery at home through Grub Hub but have eaten in the restaurant multiple times. For this order we had Krab rangoon appetizer, a Tiger roll, a Wave Rider roll, and a Smoked Salmon roll. This was plenty of food for two people. Always delicious when you go with Bayridge! read more

Great experience here! Went here for the lunch special with my husband and left full and happy! I got the 2 roll special for $12.95 which came with a soup or a salad and my husband got the sashimi lunch which came with 12 pieces of sashimi, a california roll and a soup or salad. The portions were generous and the ambiance was beautiful! I think they recently remodeled and it is absolutely beautiful in here and such a vibe! The music was not too loud and very chill. Food came out super fast and was delicious! The salads were served in a bowl with a nice amount of ginger sauce and the sushi was so soft and flavorful! I got the shawn roll and the spicy yellowtail roll. The prices were great as well! Will definitely be back! read more
Have been coming to Bayridge for over 15 years. Always friendly service, great sushi and at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is bright and lots of booths, although we sat at the sushi bar. Will always keep coming back as the crab ragoon are my favorite. read more

We went to bayridge for a family dinner with extended family on a Friday night around 5pm during happy hour. The restaurant was clean and decor was beautiful. John our server was great and the food came out in the perfect timing. The specials were also amazing at happy hour! We ordered an array of rolls, krab rangoons, and bang bang shrimp. We all left full. These rolls are delicious and not for the faint of heart. Very flavorful and filling. read more
After a long day of errand running, friends and I needed a good meal. We stepped into Bayridge Sushi and immediately knew that we were in for a treat. Immediately as you enter, you are greeted with wonderful ambiance and a beautiful cherry blossom tree. The front seating space is decorated with statues and fun lights - great for a night out with friends or maybe a girls' lunch during the daytime. Once you go further into the restaurant, you can find the larger seating section and bar. The menu was expansive. We were starving and EVERYTHING looked amazing. There were so many options to choose from, but we finally settled on sharing some edamame and sushi rolls. The rolls we got were SO good and we all ended up eating more than our fill. The quality of the sushi was top-notch. We sat there wishing we could order more! We ended our night with agreeing that we had to come back for our next girls' night out...but not before clearing space in our fridges for our take-home containers! read more

Bayridge is always a go to local spot. We are NEVER disappointed with the food or the service. Our go to orders are Chicken Katsu for the kids and Shrimp Tempura for myself. Today we decided to venture out and try the Wagyu Beef Katsu that is new in the menu and it is so delish! We had to order another one for my husband because we know that he'll love it. The lights are dim but still have enough light to see and enjoy your food. The music is always perfect that sets the right ambiance. read more
My family and I came through here during a holiday and it was surprisingly not busy! The staff were very friendly and welcoming upon reaching the host table. There was plenty of seating and our table/booth was kept clean. We thought it was odd that they didn't have a soy sauce holder if you wanted extra for your sushi. Other than that, the dishes were beautifully presented and generous in portion, making it a great value for how much you'd be paying. The sashimi and maki rolls were fresh and held together well. One of us ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and it tasted average (a little extra salty on some bites) for how much it cost ($17ish) but perhaps this pricing is consistent to the Orlando area. We thought service was a bit slow for tonight but overall didn't mind the customer service. read more

Bayridge Sushi is a hidden gem in this area. They not only have some creative sushi combinations they also have one of the best happy hours in town with a variety of $5,$6, and $7 sushi options. They also have drinks and other appetizers for happy hour as well. This place is a win win as it is low key, reasonably priced, and delicious! The service is fast and friendly. When you come in you are not expecting how nice it's gonna look on the inside with the beautiful decor. I'm going to let the pics speak for itself as this sushi tastes as amazing as it looks! We have had some excellent experiences at Bayridge Sushi recently! My family and I have eaten here on a few Saturday nights and been seated quickly after arriving. We arrived before 6pm and were just in time for happy hour which had some great specials on drinks, apps, and sushi. Love the variety of food here, from sushi to hibachi. The appetizers are very good too, especially the gyoza and calamari. Service has been friendly and fast on our visits too! We've gone home with leftovers and they give you a nice bag to take it home with. I'm pleased with the food sand service at Bayridge so we will definitely be coming back! read more
Food: I love the princess roll! I also enjoyed the Shawn roll. The salad that comes with lunch is tasty. The crab Rangoon is very unique and very good. A real highlight! Great deals for Happy Hour! I wanted to try something different this year for my birthday dinner; I was craving sushi, but couldn't decide on which restaurant. After looking through a multitude of Yelp reviews I decided on Bayridge Sushi based on their positive reviews, menu offerings, location, and overall beauty of the restaurant. We were heading to Bayridge around 6pm on Wednesday. I called to book a reservation for two and the hostess explained there was no wait, so no need for a reservation. When Nancy and I arrived, we were greeted promptly and seated at one of the booths near the center of the restaurant. Originally, I thought Bayridge was much more expensive than two of the other restaurant options on my list; however, when we arrived and looked the menu, I noticed some of the pricing was lower than what I was finding online so kudos to Bayridge for being competitive in their market. We started our experience with the Scorpion Lovers Bowl ($19). This is a concoction of Bacardi Superior Rum, Gin, Amaretto, Apricot Brandy, Myers Rum, OJ, Pineapple Juice, and Grenadine. The drink is large enough for two to share and when delivered comes with a flaming shot in the center; a great way to start the party. There are also cocktail swords with orange slices and maraschino cherries floating around in the mix. Funny my dad always used to give these little swords to me when I was a kid and I would incorporate them into my GI Joe battles, good times. For dinner, my original plan was to order one of those huge sushi boats, because this was a special day; however, I realized we could maximize our dollar and quantity received by ordering two sushi/sashimi combo plates instead. We decided on the Sushi & Sashimi Combo ($31.95) which comes with a choice of soup and a small salad with ginger dressing. We also ordered a bowl of seaweed salad ($5.95) to share, that we requested to delivered the same time as our meal. Our soup and salads arrived quickly. Nancy chose the onion soup, which also has mushrooms in it, and I chose the Miso. Both soups were excellent, but I have to say the onion with mushroom was the winner for us. The salads were also delicious and were served a little heavy on the ginger dressing, which I am ok with because in my opinion most sushi restaurants never provide enough. Our main course took about 20 minutes to prepare and was served on these huge decorative plates; absolutely lovely! All of the fish was exceptional. No weird smells or anything questionable. You can tell this was the good stuff. The combo comes with the 15 pieces of the chef's choice of sashimi, 7 pieces of sushi, & and a spicy tuna roll (8 pieces). I was completely satisfied with my meal, everything was delicious! Nancy on the other hand is not a huge raw fish fan, so I am sure her review will differ. After seeing the huge specialty rolls other guests ordered I knew she would have rather have ordered two of those, sorry honey! We finished our meal with fried cheesecake and ice cream ($7.95), which was delicious and plenty enough for Nancy and I to share. The staff were wonderful, as they all sang happy birthday to me, which really made this experience special. Our server, Aaron, was friendly, upbeat, attentive, yet forgetful at times. I have to give him credit for trying hard to make my birthday meal special, but he dropped the ball at bringing out the seaweed salad, and our condiments nearly 10-min after our main course was dropped off. We were quite hungry and were disappointed that the most important items to compliment our meal were delivered so late. The restaurant is gorgeous and you can definitely plan a romantic date night here. Everything was clean, and organized. Even if you do not have to use the restroom, be sure to stop in just to wash up because the black ceramic toilets, urinals, contrasted against the grey and white tile is a site to be seen. Very cool! All-in-all Bayridge Sushi was an excellent choice for my birthday this year and I look forward to returning to try some of their other offerings soon. read more
We came here for my husband's birthday. We came on a Wednesday evening. It was not real busy so we got right in. The place is big and has beautiful decor. A huge 10 ft Buddha greets you as you first walk in. We got the sushi combination platter. All the food was really good. The platter came with a soup and salad. Our waiter was really nice but a little forgetful. He forgot to bring us our seaweed salad and our sauces to go with the sushi. I asked if they did anything for birthdays and they said yes that we get a free dessert but we ended up having to pay $7 for it. Not sure what was up with that. It was a puff pastry with ice cream and it was good. I would like to come again and get some of the specialty sushi. I've got to add my husband ordered a specialty drink with flaming rum. Scorpions lovers bowl and it was delicious and strong! read more

Definitely a great place to enjoy some lunch. The food is normal good and flavorful. The only down side is the waiting time for your food. The clear soup is delicious and the rolls are made fresh. I enjoy the decor when you walk into the restaurant. It's open space with great vibes. Thank you for the experience again. read more

Looking for GREAT Sushi A hidden gem in Longwood this place was Nice has a little bit of Everything (traditional and modern see full menu) including a bar area , plenty of booths and a few tables with chairs , music plays in the background while you enjoy your meal service was great the place was clean!! I haven't been back here in some time and figured we were overdue for some sushi. The updates they've made to the interior have really spruced the place up. The atmospheres is a bit more modern casual and there are tons of tables and they even have a private room in the back you can reserve. They also added several new menu items this last week that looked incredible. The spicy garlic edamame was so good, I could've ordered another. We also ordered several rolls and I'd have to say the Mexican Roll and Crispy Seaweed were the best. The happy hour from 3-6 is totally worth it. Might have to make this a regular stop for date nights. Great service, great food. read more
Delicious! sushi was fresh and well prepared. Service was on point! Our server was so friendly and funny! The fish you can tell is high quality and the prices were good! I loved the spicy tuna and the shrimp tempura roll! Lunch special was a great deal too, includes 2 sushi roll and soup AND salad! You can go for some other options, but I chose the 2 rolls.
