The service was really good, best part about it is that I came in at around 4 o'clock, and the restaurant was pretty much empty. I ordered my meal, and everything came in pretty decent time. The Boston role was probably my favorite. I've never had a roll that had lettuce inside of it, but for whatever odd reason it worked for me. The plum wine was delicious and so was the water because it was blazing hot outside. And finally surround out everything was the pear soup. I thought it was going to be miso like I'm used to having at most of these restaurants, but no, they definitely showed me something different and it was good. The place looked nice, there was a Chinese lady who worked there as a waitress who talked so loud, and argued with the people in the back.she took forever to take our order. Finally got our rice and jumbo shrimp, also ordered tempura shrimp. The presentation looked really nice, but honestly everything had little flavor. The rice tasted bland, the tempura had no taste at all. The tempura sauce tasted like broth with no salt. I had high hopes for this place because the reviews were good. This is by far the BEST hibachi I've had in Orlando. Better than any popular place you can think of. It's for sure a hidden gem. The sushi is prepared fresh, the food is popping hot, flavorful, and the yum yum sauce is good as well. My family members got the chicken hibachi, steak and chicken hibachi, and shrimp hibachi. They all loved it. We like it so much we had it two days in a row and the next weekend. They are busy and family operated. So be patient if you are dining in. I ordered take out to be delivered recently, and it was very good overall!! As a native New Yorker, the egg roll is not stellar but a nice portion with excellent crunch at the ends. The gyoza had a flavorful pork filling and were lightly crisped with a zesty soy dipping sauce. I love crab Rangoon, and these were the best I've had for delivery! They were plump and so tasty and still so crunchy with an excellent portion of dipping sauce on the side-seriously amazing! Lastly, I had the shrimp tempura rolls per request of my mother who was going to nosh on my meal, and it was nothing special sadly, and I wouldn't order it again but overall, I was very impressed with the appetizers I chose and look forward to trying some of the hibachi items of the menu. read more

This place is fantastic! Best eggrolls, fantastic sushi, all Chinese entrees are on point! My family orders to-go from here at least once a month but usually more! So I was going to the chiropractor next door at the Hunt club location and when I walked in I noticed there was a bunch of people waiting outside and it was 2:30 in the afternoon when I came back out there was still another line of people waiting for sushi to go. So I decided I got a try it. So I went to my car called in an order for some basic sushi just to try it. I ordered a regular tuna and a vegetable roll. I got home and I was impressed. Now I know why there was a line out the door. Waiting for pick up only right now because of Covid. At 2:30 in the afternoon? Yeah that was definitely something I was going to try. Now I can't wait to try a few more new things. There is a parking lot with handicap parking and you can roll up and pick up your order but you cannot eat inside. Have you ever been so excited to write a review that you don't know where to start?!? I'll start with the service. We ordered a large hot sake for $8. I loved how the waitress tied a napkin around the neck since it was so hot. Also, every time she came by the table, she poured us a new cup while saying "more sake, more happy!" And we would all laugh. Very attentive and personable service. It's not a large place. It's intimate, yet also fun with their music choice (eating sashimi while dancing in your booth to lil john) lol. They have an extensive selection on their menu- from sushi to hibachi to tempura to Udon to classic Chinese dishes and some desserts. I ordered a tuna and salmon sashimi bowl and it was fresh and absolutely delicious. It came with a large amount of rice as well. Very filling! This is going to be my star dish. I also ordered steak and shrimp hibachi. It is served with soup, ginger salad, vegetables, fried rice, and noodles. They have a white sauce called "yum yum" sauce. They don't have ginger which is my fave at hibachi restaurants. They don't have a physical alcohol menu yet but they do have sake, beer, and wine available for reasonable prices. I also tried the shrimp tempura dinner. Another amazing dish. The Gyoza was my least favorite. I like my Gyoza super pan fried (super crispy). That is an easy fix and I know they would easily oblige. Overall a bit odd experience. The food was acceptable- not bad, but not mind blowing. The eel sauce was very bitter; I'm used to it being sweet. When we walked in, you couldn't miss the fact the family who owns the restaurant had taken over one of the booths and cluttered it with random food things. It was very off-putting. The teenage kids who work there were on their phones the entire time. I was also a bit annoyed that we were charged for club sodas. It's water, should be free. Seems like grifting. Also, the sushi chef wore his apron into the bathroom. I've worked in food service before and know this is a big sanitary violation. For $70 for two people I'd go somewhere else next time. read more

Ordered: 3 regular Rolls for 14.95 (spicy tuna, tuna & salmon), Eel sushi 1 order (2pc), chicken hibachi which comes with soup & salad w/ginger dressing. 2 small spring rolls (1order) Great service, decent value, most everything was VERY delicious. Only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars, is because the hibachi meal was a little too oily and the spring rolls tasted like frozen store brand and not fresh. I'm a spring roll fanatic and have tasted some of the best, most traditional versions...I will often frequent a restaurant based on this. However, we WILL be back and continue to try all of the menu items to find our favorites. The sushi was great, very fresh, my husband loved the hibachi meal (especially the white sauce which he said was very similar to Kobe). A good bang for your buck. read more

Fantastic service and food! I had the House Fried Rice, and it was a huge portion and made with plenty of chicken, beef, and shrimp. Served hot, fast, and taking all COVID-19 precautions, the entire experience was amazing. The egg rolls were crispy and delicious. The miso soup has great flavor and is not too salty. I rarely do I do delivery orders. It was one of those days. I'm new to the Apopka I wanted to try an Asian restaurant. I am so pleased it popped on my screen. Ordering is relatively straight forward. I did get a confirmation call regarding the sushi. So here is what I ordered: Miso soup Six pot stickers California roll sushi Sweet and sour chicken The soup and pot stickers were excellent in taste but they both lost a lot of the temperature on the delivery side. Not an issue... just giving you a heads up you may want to reheat them. Again very flavorful. Sushi was outstanding. Here is where I get excited. The sweet and sour chicken were hot, perfectly cooked AND juicy. As a guy who travels a lot around the country i estimate 75% of the time the chicken gets dried out and tough. This was excellent. My first order anywhere I go is to check staples. Tokyo passed with flying colors. I am tempted to give them 4.5 stars. I almost never give five. Great place. This is a winner. read more

I ordered through urber eats for delivery. I would say I was satisfied with the items I ordered. The food descriptions were simple and made it easy to check out. I normally have a tough time ordering from some places because they dont list what's in rolls on ubereats. I ordered the California roll, the yummy roll, and the salmon tempura roll. I really enjoyed each roll fully. I didn't like the brand of eel sauce they use. Luckily, I have my own at home. I did enjoy their spicy mayo, though. I also had a clear soup, which was perfectly made and still hot when it arrived. My babe ordered the sesame seed chicken with white rice and broccoli. I wish there was an option for fried rice instead of white rice. So we had to order an additional house rice. I wish it had size options instead of a large portion only. It was a lot of food, and it was just him eating all of that. He really enjoyed the house fried rice and the chicken flavor. I wish the chicken was not breaded it took away from the chicken flavor. I am loving this cute little restaurant. The service is friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. I ordered a wonton soup, pork egg roll, and pan fried pork dumplings. They also brought out a miso soup while we were waiting for our order to arrive. The miso and wonton soups were both very tasty and perfect starters. My egg roll was good not out of this world but what you would expect of an egg roll. The fried dumplings were very tasty. Really enjoyed my appetizers and look forward to going back to trying some of their bento boxes. The food came out fast and the server was wonderful. We were at Rebounderz, and when we finished, we of course were hungry. we had a few choices, Oysters, ice cream, and sushi. Me and my dad settled on sushi, so we went in. The service was amazing, thoughout the whole experience. The music, not really the right fit for a sushi bar, but we only cared about the food. And to make things better, an employee named Anna gave me a lollipop and a chocolate bar! 5 stars deserved for this establishment. read more

Cozy, quaint, comfortable and even romantic. Lots of booths, a sushi bar and the kitchen was in the adjacent room. Unfortunately, there was only 1 server, we were the 1st to arrive on Sunday at noon, and she ended up serving us and the other 5 tables while we were there. The sushi chef only worked on our order, we believe the waitress may also have been doing some of the cooking too as she spent a lot of time in the kitchen. There was a gentleman who may, or may not, have been the chef or owner. He was in and out of the kitchen a few times on our visit but didn't interact with any of the diners. It took a long time for the Miso soup to come out, longer for the edamame and we watched our sushi sit on top of the sushi bar while the waitress did what she had to do within the kitchen and the dining room and eventually delivered the sushi and sauteed vegetables to our table . While the food was very good, the service and slow which cost them a star in our review. Hopefully they will get more waitstaff to assist or use the resource of employees available in the restaurant to assist in the dining area. read more
