Today was my first time trying BB Cafe and I was given the best experience yet. Not only did Jay and Karen give me the best customer service, but they also gave me suggestions on what to eat and it did not disappoint. This place was okay. We were excited to try it but it was not somewhere we'd rush back to. The atmosphere is a little dull but not horrible. The service was okay. We ordered the ham & cheese crepe, the omelette and the traditional breakfast. The crepe was very underwhelming. It was very bland, & seemed as if it wasn't cooked on a stovetop. The omelette was just plain eggs with chives as garnish. Not every omelette has to be jam packed with toppings but I'd expect some flavor. The traditional breakfast was fine. It was my first time visiting this place today, got seated right away and the waitress gave us the menu after that we waited a total of 30min sitting down before we left because the waitress never came to our table after that, not even to offer us a drink nothing!! On my way to a different restaurant I called to speak to a manager so I can give my complaint and maybe the manager can give the waitress some pointers so nobody else would have to receive that kind of service and let me tell you the manager was worst !! When we asked to speak to a manager and the employee that answer told him " they want to speak to a manager" & you can hear him say in an unpleasant tone "get their number I'll call them later". The employee umm'd a couple times and then said "umm umm he said that he can take your number and then he'll call you later on." I can see why the employees are the way that they are because they have no guidance from their manager. Please save your money and just go elsewhere, somewhere were they know how to treat people and are fully trained in the customer service field. read more

The service and Staff were excellent. This was my first time here, and I ordered the Vegan Wrap. I can't say I'm a fan of it. It had a very overpowering bitter taste to it. I did like the side salad I ordered as it was very generous with the other vegetables and wasn't just a bowl full of lettuce. The dressing was delicious and gave my Vegan Wrap a little more of a sweet flavor to tone down its bitter taste. I will be back to try their other menu items soon. read more

BB cafe just opened and I hope they have a successful start. I am a big believer in small business. I am not a fan of big chain restaurants so I wish BB's the best of luck. They have breakfast and lunch available now and soon will be offering dinner items as well as some alcohol items. Not sure if it will be mixed drinks air just beer and wine. We tried the breakfast burrito which was delicious. It was different than the norm because they added a crust of cheese on the outside. The Pico and tomatillo sauce added a nice kick. It came with a choice of a side. We chose mixed fruit but they also offered breakfast potatoes, sweet potato fries, regular fries, a side salad or toast. We had a lavender latte and a vanilla latte. Both were very tasty and served in nice mugs. We were also impressed with the silverware. The staff is very nice and attentive. I hope everyone gives instead BB cafe a try. read more

I enjoyed it more than the last place that was in this space because they had a little live music and real plates and forks and stuff. Our server was friendly and we sat outside.
