The rose pasta, however, was the highlight, with a creamy and delicious flavor that I'd rate 5/5. The ambiance was okay, about a 4/5--loud and chaotic, but not unbearable. The biggest disappointment was the service, which I'd rate 2/5. Our drinks were never refilled, and no one checked on us when we first sat down and then despite being checked in by multiple people to bring our pasta. To make things worse, our rose pasta never arrived, and then they mistakenly brought an extra order, which was confusing. Overall, the service was disorganized and frustrating. read more

Really bummed about this place one of my favorite places to come eat with my family. Came in for a bite to eat with my husband. The whole restaurant was empty beside us and another table . Our server gave us our food and water didn't come check on us once . Had to ask for our check and boxes. Really disappointed in service when me and my husband got up to leave we turned around and about four servers were just talking in the corner. I know this place gets busy so I'm surprised in the lack of service. Honestly we always order food to go for my daughter but didn't want to wait another 30 minutes before someone came back around to our table it's just frustrating because the food is great but the service sucks . I was excited to try it here for the first time as they just opened, service was pretty good and the food was decent. However, I have a severe nut allergy and the menu failed to explicitly state which items contained nuts. I believe it says "May contain nuts" but they should add a peanut allergen if the product actually does contain nuts. As a result, I broke out in hives and a fever, felt extremely ill, and threw up multiple times. I almost had to go to the ER but thankfully recovered. I had called them as soon as I got home asking if they had nuts in their original or secret sauce chicken flavors, and they said no. However, their website clearly states they both contain peanuts. It's a little scary and concerning that they don't know what ingredients they use. Please be careful and aware if you have a nut allergy!! When I called again to let them know they should be more aware, the guy seemed dismissive and said "We don't serve people with allergies." The location of the restaurant was in a fantastic area with a lot of parking for customers. When walking in, we could see that it was buzzing with excitement and anticipation for the great meal ahead. Although we did expect a long wait to be seated, service itself was quick. We gave grace to the workers because it was very, very busy and they were so kind! So keep that in mind if you're looking to go within the first month of opening. We ordered the secret sauce, soy garlic, Cheesling, and Gang Jeong wings along w/ the rosé pasta & Kim chi pasta. Secret sauce was hands down THE choice to go for wings. Soy garlic is a classic flavor that is safe. Cheesling is also great but it can get a bit monotone after a couple bites. Gang Jeong was our least favorite only because we are not a fan of cinnamon. We preferred the Rosé pasta over the Kim chi pasta because there was more umami flavor but both are creamy and delicious! Overall, 10/10 experience!!! Looking forward to coming back. read more

Hands down... the crispiest Korean fried chicken my friends and I have ever had! We highly recommend the honey garlic. It was so full of flavor and you can tell each piece was made fresh and in-house. The other items on the menu were also fantastic! My friends and I wanted to share the cheesling fries as an appetizer and the cheese dust was addicting! One of our favorite dishes was the kimchi pasta. It was so good, we didn't even get a picture! This place is the worst in terms of food quality and taste. Because of their recent opening, the service is horrible and did not even get my order correctly. I waited for 1 hour for my wings, but brought out the wrong chicken. Then I was told to wait additional time for my chicken. The manager doesn't seem to care about the service quality, and blamed me for the wrong chicken order. The ambiance was too loud and the staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Worth the hype! Incredibly delicious and uniquely crispy wings with fresh, hot, and delicious fries and rice. The waitstaff and hosts were kind and personable and it made our first time eating here welcoming. It definitely does get busy so it was pretty packed on our Saturday evening but if you join the waitlist accurately before heading out it cuts your time down by more than half. We got our fries within 15 minutes, but we didn't get our chicken for about 40 minutes after that. That was only one order of wings. What I thought was interesting for a korean fried chicken place was they didn't have the classic/authentic sweet gochujang sauce. My friend tried the hot mala and I had the gangnam.
