I have been here only once, and that too for a carry out order of spicy Korean wings. I had known of bb.q Chicken before going to this establishment. They are a Seoul based international Korean fried chicken chain restaurant that serve delicious fried chicken. In my visit to this establishment, I ordered the eight (8) count of their Wings of Fire sauce fried chicken wings as I was in the mood for something pretty spicy. I asked if the wings could be made saucy and crispy, and I was told that they made them in just one way. Since the wings are freshly made to order, I was informed that there would be about 15 - 20 minutes wait before order pick-up. That wasn't a problem for me. My order was ready as informed. I had my wings soon after pick-up while they were hot and fresh. The wings looked super delicious and tasted as such as well. They were saucy, crispy, and meaty. Their flavor was very good, and the spice level was too my liking. The Wings of Fire sauce was finger licking good. Yum! I couldn't get enough of it. The wings hit the spot. It was money well spent. I loved them. Although I don't eat much breaded chicken these days, I world certainly go back here to try other sauces based wings. I like some heat and their special sauce was sweet and tangy as described. The honey garlic was too vinegary for me. It's likely authentic but I'm not a fan of guessing what part of the chicken I'm looking at when you get a whole bird. Breasts cut in threes look a lot like thighs and definitely don't taste the same either. The pot stickers were above average but the radish side was extremely vinegary. This chicken is phenomenal! I have been looking everywhere for a quality chicken wing and this is my new spot. Its a small place with two tables inside, so it's definitely more of a takeout place, but the staff we're friendly and helpful. We got the whole golden chicken and the spicy galbi wings(bone in). It took about 30 minutes, so place your order ahead of time if your in a hurry, but this is worth the wait. The chicken is juicy and not greasy at all, and it has a perfect crunch from the breading. The Golden chicken is perfect and let's the chicken shine by not over seasoning it. It's different from southern fried chicken, so if your looking for that flavor try elsewhere. This is Korean fried chicken, and it's done just right. The wings were just the right amount of heat and the flavor of the sauce was fantastic. They manage to be perfectly crispy even with the sauce coating them, an impressive achievement as most wings would lose that crunch after 2 minutes. Both orders came with a side of pickled radishes, a nice bright and tasty palate cleanser that helped tap down the heat from my wings. We got an order of coleslaw that was just okay, but with the pickled radishes on the side we didn't need it anyway. My only issue (and the reason its not 5 stars) was my order of wings was all drumettes, literally there was only 1 flat in the order. Normally that would be a big deal for me, but it was so good that I got over it quickly. Overall this place is great and I plan to come back and try every flavor they have. read more

We ordered two types of wings, Soy Garlic $13.95 and Gang Jeong $13.95 (medium size 9 wings)! I was truly surprised on how good the chicken wings tasted! The skin was crispy, I can taste the soy and garlic, and the Gang Jeong wings are spicy and sweet! It really wasn't too spicy at all! They also have a lunch boneless combo(6 wings) which includes French Fries and a soda for $10.95! It was a very pleasant surprise to find a good fried chicken place in the burbs! This is the third location I have tried and I can confidently say it is my favorite for service and taste! My typical order is a half order of secret sauce chicken, veggie dumplings and rice. This location has the most flavorful secret sauce! I can just drizzle some of that sauce on rice and finish a bowl easily! The chicken is juicy and well cooked. I love how crispy the skin is. Surprisingly it does not get soggy either. Other places I have tried the chicken has a little gamey taste and skin isn't crispy. But this location has always been consistent with the quality. I've ordered online and over the phone and ready times are always prompt. The lady at the front desk is always friendly and the service is consistent, no matter how busy she gets. I've never had any issues with orders here either. This location is smaller than the other places but there's still adequate space for groups of 4. There's 2 tables that can fit 4 chairs each, I think. There's plenty of parking available in the plaza. It's in such a convenient location, there's plenty of shops next door as well. read more

I've been to quite a few bb.q chicken franchises. This was my least favorite thus far. It's an extremely small establishment so we weren't expecting much. The cashier that took our order looked so sad about being there. You are automatically charged 20% for dining in, I've never heard of this before. We ordered two small 8 piece wings which usually come with a small container of the pickled radishes and she was adamant that it only came with one so we ordered a second. She didn't check on us, didn't give us more water after we finished the jug and didn't bid us farewell. For paying a required 20% gratuity, some form of service would have been appreciated. read more

To start off, to not sound biased I will say the chicken is decent. However, everything else was terrible here. There was one lady working in the front who was terrible. She was so rude to us for no reason. She would not let us sit inside even for a couple minutes to eat (even though the store was empty) and would not give us any silverware. She was just telling us to leave because we ordered carry out. I never write reviews but this was the worst restaurant experience ever. Such a cold women working in the front.
