I ordered delivery and it couldn't have been worse. Items were missing and the drink i ordered was incorrect. When I called, they said they would credit my account. Then the manager called back and was extremely rude and they blamed the delivery driver and refused to credit me. How is it the driver's fault for missing Items? He didn't eat them! Also, the food was sub-par at best. The breading on my tenders was just falling off, and there was so much sauce on them you couldn't even taste the chicken. It also made them very soggy. After a few years gap from coming here during the pandemic, we've returned to discover their chicken sandwiches and their chicken tenders lunch special. These items add another dimension to coming here for actual eat-in reasons. Both the sandwich combo and the lunch special come with their absolutely fabulous french fries. With either the Cajun or the lemon pepper seasoning, they are probably the best french fries you can get anywhere. The tenders are a nice variation on boneless wings, as they are larger and easier to handle. Service is actually quite prompt and the staff while sometimes kind of quiet, are always pleasant. This latest trip we tried the Carolina Gold sauce which deserves to be added to the regular menu. It's both tangy and sweet and has a unique place in their choices. The latest Coke machine with all the variations on drinks is a nice bonus. read more

I have been to this location many times without any problems. It's been about a year since I've been there though. I don't live here except for school. This time, however, the food was very subpar. The fries were very undercooked. The seasoning on my wings was not only very unnoticeable, but they were very unseasoned. I do not want to experience this again, therefore I will never be returning to this location. The so called "dry" garlic parmesan was so fuller of grease that I didn't eat even half of them. The so called "dry" Louisiana rub was dry on top, but the bottom half was caked with the seasoning but also full of oil. I like dry rub but this place doesn't serve that even though the website says it does. I will just go to Buffalo Wild Wings. At least there I know to accept mediocre food. read more

Placed order and was quoted a specific time, arrived and was told it would be another hour! No apologies, just abrupt statement they are busy due to game tonight. Very poor customer service and no attempt to let us know in advance that they are running extremely late. We stopped here late at night after working a convention. It was a bit before closing but with enough time for the food to be made and for us to eat it there without making them stay much past closing. There was a bit of a mix-up with the order but it ended up working in our favor. Overall, we were happy with what we got, though the tenders were a bit smaller than usual and not as crispy. They also used a heavy hand to spice the Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub, which I suppose is more of a preference thing. Should we work the convention again next year, we'd likely stop by again since it's so close by and open late. read more

Horrific customer service! I called at noon to order wings for a Super Bowl party for pick up at 5 PM. They asked me to pre-pay to make pick up quicker and more convenient for me. I went in at 5 PM to pick up my wings and was told that the order wasn't gonna be ready for another 45 minutes. I came back in 45 minutes and was told it would be another 45 minutes....then there was no one at the counter to even talk to and at least 20 other people waiting in the lobby for their orders. I called the next day to request a refund and they told me too bad, and that I should have canceled the order. Even though there was nobody working the front desk that I could've canceled it with. I also tried to call them multiple times after the second time I went in to pick up my order and they left me on hold for an hour. I eventually just hung up. read more

Unhelpful & Rude So I never order online but did so today. I ordered 20 wings and a large order of fries. When I went to the store to pick up my food, I noticed a summer deal going on for 20 wings, 2 medium fries, & 2 drinks for 20 bucks. My order was closer to $25 and with less items so of course I wanted to switch my order to the summer deal. When I asked the manager (I believe Andrew was his name) if he could change my order he tells me "its out of his hands" because it was an online order. I asked if he could help us out in any other way and he said I'd have to pay extra to add the items offered in the summer deal. On top of that he used a rude tone of voice and did not seem concerned in helping us. Rick Ross loves Wingstop so much he invested in them...and obviously that guy knows how to eat! I saw him on the Arsenio Hall show one evening talking about the lemon pepper wings and found myself here a few days later to try them for myself. Oh, the power of television.. But seriously, the lemon pepper wings are delicious. The garlic parmesan wings aren't bad either. My only pet peeve about Wingstop is that they don't give you complimentary veggies with your order. I am really glad this location reopened. I am a big fan of their wings and their online ordering app. They have a lot of low carb choices which is important to a lot of people these days. Unfortunately that doesn't include their great fries, a must if you like fries. Also, And this is important (to me), BEST RANCH DRESSING dipping sauce ever. EVER. Seriously I could drink this stuff. Try the original hot, garlic parmesan and chile lime (limited offering I believe unfortunately). And if you are ten years younger than me.... and I'm sure you are... Try the atomic. I had a sample and it tasted great but I knew I'd pay for that in a million ways I don't even want to think about if I ordered it. I have had zero issues with the service here personally, in fact I find it friendlier than most, but I've also never come in right around closing so I can't speak to that. We tried 3 different flavors (I definitely recommend the Louisiana rub, so flavorful) I am still a fan of Buffalo Wildwings, but I think Wingstop tops them not only with their flavors but their prices! My wife and I had takeout from Wingstop this evening. It has been several years since I have ordered from a Wingstop location. My last experience was in Dallas several years ago. I was excited that this location reopened, especially because the food is generally really good at these stores. Our experience this evening was no different. I did not have any of the service issues the other reviewers had. I placed our order online using the iPhone app. The food was ready at the exact time the app told me it would be. We ordered boneless wings spun in Hickory Smoked BBQ, Hawaiian and the Chili Lime which is a limited time sauce. All of them were cooked perfect and had just the right amount of sauce. We also had some of their fries which we ordered with a side of cheese. The fries here are fresh cut and made to order meaning that they are not sitting around under a heat lamp, they are cooked when you order. You can take out or eat at the store. All in all, the food here is better than Buffalo Wild Wings. If you are looking for great wings and not looking forward to spending a small fortune on beer or cocktails, you can't go wrong with Wingstop!! read more

I like Wing Stop wings. I have not tried all the different sauces (honestly Im intimidated by the sound of "atomic" or "mango habanero"). The mild is very good, the lemon pepper is good, too but its not really a sauce, maybe more like a dry rub. The BBQ are outstanding. The fries while tasty are a tad disappointing. The couple of times ive had them theve been limp and soggy. I plan on giving them another go and this time try ordering them extra crispy. Here a tip for anyone who hates standing around waiting for your food...order on line. The website is easy to use and intuitive. When you get there, you just sign and run ! read more

Stopped by to sit down and eat some wings. Ordered 30 wings, lemon pepper, Louisiana rub and mild. Everything was cooked to order and hot when I got it. Wings weren't as crispy as I would have liked, but to be fair I didn't ask for them to be crispy. Some of the wings had noticeable freezer burn but they tasted fine no freezer taste. The wings also looked like they weren't cleaned correctly so they may want to look for another wing source. Louisiana rub was our favorite, mild had no taste it was barely a sauce more oily if anything and lemon pepper had too much of a lemon taste for our liking. Fries were very good cooked perfectly and the staff was friendly. I might return for some take out at some point and see if the wing quality changes. read more

I love me my chicken wings. Boneless, bone-in, tenders, what have you.. if there are wings, I am most likely going to be there. Work always brings me to the area and I was driving around checking to see if there was anywhere new to try. I saw Wingstop on Yelp's Eat24 and thought it would be awesome to check out. So, I placed my order online through Yelp Eat24 and went through to pick it up. I placed the order about 15 minutes before arriving and even when I arrived, the order was still not ready; despite being quoted 5-10 minutes for pickup. The gentleman at the counter was not very friendly and the cook in the back gave me a real nasty look as though he just saw someone break into his home and take his dog. Well, the food came up and I took it to-go (restaurant is very small and was completely empty - so, I didn't want to stay and eat by myself). I got to the car and immediately broke into the bag for some fries. The fries were cold. I grabbed a butter roll and it was hardened. I took a boneless wing (I got parmesan garlic and teriyaki), they were fairly small and the flavor was "bleh". Parmesan garlic is a dry rub and doesn't even come close to tasting like parmesan garlic, it was very disappointing. The teriyaki was good but it was so salty, I could only eat a few before having to put them down and turn away. I ate three of them and was done. The rest were trashed. Overall, the food was mediocre compared to some other competitors in the area and for paying $13 for a combo meal, it was somewhat pathetic. The service was alright, not the best but not the worst, the restaurant has just a few tables inside so if you plan to eat-in, you may want to reconsider and take-out. I may come back to try some other wing flavors but unless there is a really, really good deal they are running, I most likely will not be stopping back.
