Tried this spot yesterday and was impressed with the quick service. I placed my order at 1:15 pm, food delivered within 10 minutes and by 1:40 pm, I was basically done eating. I think this place has really good pricing - these two dishes after tax and tip were about $45. I tried the mac and cheese with brisket and my husband got the trip-tip meal with mac and cheese and potato salad sides. Plenty of parking and seating at this spot in Gilroy. I initially asked the cashier if the ribs fell of the bone and she said "oh yes" so that was the determination between ribs and pulled pork (I wish I would have gotten the pork) the ribs in fact did not fall off the ribs but were a good texture. To finish it off I also got "cornbread" it tasted like bread from the toaster but they gave me some honey so it them became toasted hunny bread which wasn't the end of world. I chose cornbread, baked beans, and coleslaw. The burnt ends are by far my favorite! They were so flavorful and absolutely the most perfect texture. Not too much fat, but so much flavor! The ribs were also delicious. They weren't "fall off the bone", but not everyone likes that anyways. I thought they were amazing!
