We found this place while visiting Fremont, and OMG!!! The owner was putting together a new bowl, and said we can order it, OMGeeee. Soo good, brisket is so yummy and soft, the Mac is fire and brisket sandwich amazing! I'm telling everyone bc finding a good bbq place is difficult. Ok bye!

The Food and Service are 10/10 My picky eater loves the Burnt End Bomb on the Mac & Cheese. Fresh lemonade with real pomegranate juice and fresh mint is a MUST TRY! will be back over and over to try everything else on the menu!

I ordered the Bay Mac Bowl with burnt ends, and it was delicious, generously portioned, and packed with flavor.

The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Every bite made me feel happy and satisfied. I've been searching for good BBQ for a long time, and all I usually find are fancy restaurants claiming to serve "real BBQ." This food truck vendor, however, is truly dedicated to his craft and creates dishes that not only look amazing in photos and on the menu but also live up to the expectations when you open your order. I can confidently say that I have finally found my BBQ spot. I'm looking forward to seeing new menu items and beverages and can't wait to try more of what they have to offer. The owner is generous, kind, and clearly passionate about his cooking. You can tell that every dish is made with care and homemade recipes. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful BBQ.

Tried out the Dino ribs. These are flat (flanken) ribs, taken further down the length of the rib than prime rib. There were 3 ribs, and I weighed just the meat portion - 15 oz, almost a pound! Enough for 2 or 3 meals, so the price was reasonable. Pretty tasty, some resistance in the meat, which I like. But not as tasty as prime rib bones.

I don't expect much ordering BBQ from a truck in a ghetto parking lot. But damn... the food was bomb! The Dino rib and brisket were succulent. Cole slaw balanced out the richness of the meats. Mac n cheese was some of the best I've had. I'm so glad this spot is close to home. I don't have to go all the way to Kansas or TX for delicious BBQ! If you're looking for amazing BBQ, come here now!! Follow them on IG and FB.

We got the Dino ribs, Mac and cheese, double smash burger, fries and coleslaw. Everything was hella good and full of flavor. The Dino ribs had a nice smoky taste and fell right off the bone. Tender af and juicy and ton of flavor. The fries were fried in some starch and were hella crispy but still soft. The coleslaw had a light dressing but it was fresh and very tasty. The Mac and cheese had such a different flavor, that also was really good. Creamy and cheesy, had this pimento smoky taste. The double smash wagyu burger was great as well and fire as well. Overall im coming back, it's halal and hella good food!

Here's what I've tried so far, and every single dish has been a hit: * Masala Chai - warm, perfectly spiced, tastes like it's brewed with care * Masala Chaas - refreshing and tangy, exactly how it should be * Egg Bhurji Pav - soft, buttery pav with flavorful, perfectly spiced egg bhurji * Paneer Bhurji Pav - a great veg alternative, equally rich and satisfying * Kolhapuri Misal Pav - bold, spicy gravy with great depth of flavor, a standout * Paneer Tikka Wrap - smoky, well-marinated paneer with just the right amount of kick Everything tastes authentic, not a watered-down version made for the Bay Area -- this genuinely feels like Mumbai street food. The consistency across such a varied menu really says something about how well-run this truck is. If you're craving real Mumbai street food in the South Bay, stop scrolling and just go. The best of the bunch was the dahi batata puri, but it still didn't quite hit the spot. It was definitely on the sweeter side and I felt like the dahi/yogurt wasn't as creamy as I prefer. The chinese bhel was okay, but didn't have much flavor. Lastly the ragda pattice had so much potential. The flavor was there, but it was insanely spicy- even as someone with a med/high spice tolerance. You could feel the burn traveling down to your stomach. All of us found it unbearable and worse of all felt the affects for a day after. Perhaps we ordered the wrong dishes but after the all the discomfort of the meal- I don't feel inclined to return.

Yesterday, I ordered a Vada Pav, Shalimar Egg Mughlai (on their recommendation from their list of egg dishes), and a Veg Frankie -- and honestly, none of it lived up to the hype(5 stars currently) or price point. Vada Pav: It was okay. The "mirchi" served alongside was literally a raw Thai green chili. Really? At least pan-fry it with some salt and oil to enhance the flavor. For over $10 with taxes, this was already pricier than better Vada Pavs you can get at places like Elco Drive, and yet it offered nothing exceptional. Frankie: This one made me genuinely angry. It was a soggy maida roll stuffed with the same aloo masala from the Vada Pav, plus a few sad shreds of cabbage. That's it. And they had the audacity to charge $12 for it. ($1.50 for cheese, lol I am glad we didn't add)This isn't a Frankie -- it's a lazy repackaged Vada Pav with no flavor or creativity. They threw in some pickled jalapeños on the side, which only added confusion. If you're running a fusion menu(well partially), at least mention it upfront instead of misleading customers. Egg Shalimar Mughlai: At $13, it was passable but still not impressive. The bun on the side was not toasted or anything. Better than the Frankie, but nothing I'd recommend or return for. I was so excited for trying this place but, overall, this place is overpriced, underwhelming, and frankly disappointing. If your Vada Pav and Frankie are practically identical, maybe inform customers before they order both. I wouldn't recommend Maya Kitchen -- save your time, appetite and money and go somewhere else. Thank me later.

A true hidden South Bay gem. This taco truck is just outside my neighborhood and a major temptation…read moreevery time I'm driving back from work. Let's start with what the tacos have in common. The tortillas taste fresh and have a distinct corn flavor; not as much as some of the more yellow tortillas certain spots have, but more than most places. They have 4 salsas available at the self-serve bar on the side of the truck. From least to most hot, there's a tomatillo salsa which is a little thin, an avocado salsa with a fresh jalapeños flavor, a slightly creamy chipotle salsa, and a smokey red salsa. In addition, you can grab radishes, cucumbers, and more pickled onions. All of their tacos plates come with a generous portion of grilled onions. Whenever I go to a new taco spot, I always try the same three meats: al pastor, asada, and carnitas. The asada was solid, with decent seasoning and no weirdly textured pieces of meat. The Al pastor was even better, with a tender texture with some crispy bits, meat-forward flavor, and just enough adobo and pineapple flavor to balance it out. Still, my favorite was the carnitas, which were crisp, well-seasoned, and paired the best with their salsas and the other accompaniments. In whatever case, you can't go wrong with whatever your meat choice is. Basically their whole menu is worth ordering. I often get a regular burrito and ask for them to add both their red and green salsas. I'm someone who tends to drown my Mexican food in salsa and between the two of those I hardly have to add any more. I've also had their flour and their corn quesadillas; the corn quesadillas are especially interesting because they're about as large as their flour tortillas but pressed fresh by hand with masa. If you've ever had a pupusa but been disappointed by the dough to filling ratio, you should absolutely give a corn quesadilla a shot. Carnitas are an excellent stand on for chicharrón.

They have an array of self-serve sauces and sides (cucumbers and radish), which is really nice. The sauces were tasty. My partner really enjoyed his burrito. I enjoyed my mushroom quesadilla, but found the platter a little too mushy/wet personally, but we did have to drive 10 minutes home, so it may have contributed. It was still pretty good.
