I remodeled my BBQ island and needed a Green Egg and a Lynx grill to replace the old one. Visited a few stores to see inventory and found the prices to all be the same and had questions. Shopping around I found San Diego Grill Pros and called to ask questions about the items I had decided upon. Jessica and her husband Joe own the business. I had the best, friendliest and most informative assistance from Jessica and their prices couldn't be beat. They are not just there to sell grills, but to help provide you with the best outdoor cooking experience you can have. This meant a lot to me. After my contractor installed the equipment the the rotisserie igniter wasn't working. I called Jessica and then Lynx warranty and scheduled a repair visit. The next day she called back and said her husband wanted to "fit me in" during deliveries to see what the problem was. I wasn't home but they stopped by and quickly discovered that the wrong transformer had been shipped with my grill and changed it out. They noticed that the gas line was not the proper size and could be effecting the performance and also that the contractor had not known how to fully adapt the grill to the size of out counter. When I arrived home, to my surprise, the igniter was working, the gap in the counter was not longer there, and my grills were glowing to full capacity due to the larger gas line. She called me at 9pm while SHE was at dinner to let me know that she has successfully secured a smoker for me and will get it before my party on the 4th of July.
