I had a Weber gas grill that was burning too hot. Tom wanted to come early so we set up a time and he was an hour late. He started cleaning my grill and I asked him if he could figure out the problem prior to cleaning. He said he could definitely fix it. Tom was easy to work with and was so nice. I had a grill that I was planning to get rid of because the flames were really low but in a last minute attempt to avoid the hassle of hauling it away and buying a new grill, I called BBQ Masters. I told him my issue and asked him to quote me because I didn't spend that much on this grill and therefore, didn't want to spend much fixing it either. Our old BBQ had a few burners not working. Tom talked to me over the phone and told me what to bring him. With only a few minutes with a wrench I brought him the non-working parts and he had replacements. Now for only about $5 I got our BBQ working good as new! Tom at Bbq masters was the only person/company to take the time to figure out how to replace the burners on my 8 yr old grill. Coleman no longer supported replacement parts for my grill. Plus, four other bbq repair and/or parts companies could not figure out how to replace my burners with an aftermarket part. Tom not only found compatible burners, shipped them to me (I'm in the valley) and backed up his parts by promising to install them if I ran into trouble.
