I've had several great experiences with BE Wireless. My daughter broke her iPhone about a month or so ago, So I reached out on yelp for quotes. BE Wireless gave me a quick quote, and answered all my questions. I went in to see Ken the next day, and he fixed everything I requested and then some, and it was done within an hour. A few weeks after, my adult son had an issue with his iPhone X not charging. It was like 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. Had my iPhone X screen replaced and a new digitizer yesterday. My phone screen now turns purple when wearing polarized sunglasses. The brightness adjustment now only has two settings high and low even after sliding the indicator. My yellow emojis now look greenish. This was my first time ever having to replace a iPhone screen, the quality of the repair/new screen is low and not what I expected. This was my first time using yelp to gather quotes from local businesses, and BE Wireless was very quick with their response. They were also the only business that requested not only a photo, but additional information about the state of my damages to provide me with a thorough quote. It took maybe 5 hours to the back of my iPhone repaired, but this was due to some additional damages that was uncovered during my repair. The owner was very professional and my phone looks brand spanking new. They were also nice enough to help me put on a new screen protector because I am bubble prone. I highly recommend this business! Just picked up my iphone and was so happy with their work, I had to write a review. I initially took my phone in for a replacement screen; however, in the process of looking at the phone, it started to malfunction. They were very helpful and wanted to make sure the iphone was fixed before they changed out the screen just in case I needed to take it back to Apple for a software malfunction. They updated the phone, charged it and tried several different things to fix the software malfunction before they replaced the screen. In the end, the phone was fixed and the screen was repaired...although, I'm going to back it up on my computer right now! I would definitely go there again!! Thanks!! read more

I broke a charger off in my iPad Pro and stupidly tried to remove it myself, ruining the charging port in the process. Called a few places to get a ballpark estimates and answers varied from "can't do it", "we'll try but your iPad might not work again", "at least $300", and "it starts at $250 because we have to remove your screen". Ended up going to BE, Ken took care of it in a day, and I paid a good deal less than I expected to. Communication was excellent and my iPad is working great despite the damage I did to it. I went to this place when I started having problem with my phone charging after I used sanitizing wipes to sanitized the phone during this COVID 19 pandemic. The place was quite a distance from me but I read all the great reviews at YELP. I was also impress the quick response from Robert when I asked for a quote at 9pm. Though I was not given a quote on line because they needed to see my phone to assess the damage, I was impress with Robert prompt response. Ken was at the store and was aware of my phone dilemma (not charging). He was very professional, knowledgeable and provided me with excellent customer service. He was able to charged my phone at his store and did not charged me for diagnostic. Kudos to Ken- he was amazing. However, the issue of my phone not charging arise when I got home. I called Mr. Ken again. He was polite, courteous and patient in providing me with a solution. My LG Q7+ USB port was very loose and had reached the point that most of the time when I tried to charge it it would only charge slowly. I had been paying for an insurance plan with my carrier so I went there first and learned I'd have to pay a $100 deductible to get a replacement and it would be a refurbished phone, not a new one. I've taken great care of my phone, but I don't know how good a refurbished phone would be so that didn't seem like a great option. They offered me the option to upgrade to a new, different phone (they don't sell my phone model anymore), but after comparing the specs of the new phones with my phone I discovered my phone was better than all of the so-called upgrades. So I looked into getting my phone fixed. I checked Yelp reviews and sent a request for estimates. BE Wireless was the first company to reply. I called them the next day and described the problem to Ken. I took my phone to them the following day. They examined it and determined they'd have to open it to fix it. (It's a sealed phone.) They told me it would take four hours to fix. Ken explained the actual work on the phone wouldn't take very long, but the special glue involved UV light and it requires hours to fully dry. It was too late in the day for them to do the work that day so I took it back another day. They closed at 6:00 pm that day. I was late getting there (6:10 pm) but they waited for me. My phone now charges normally again, and it looks exactly the same as when I left it with them so they did a great job. No scratches or other damage. I'm satisfied and I would use them again.
