I had already booked an appointment for the next day. However, they canceled my appointment today, claiming there was a "communication issue." When I called to understand why, they refused to discuss it and simply hung up on me. I found the customer service to be unprofessional and disrespectful. If a business chooses to cancel a confirmed appointment, the least they can do is explain the reason politely instead of refusing to communicate. Later that week I attended a wedding and people said my skin was "glowing" and "radiant." I came back and got a mix of IPL and Clear + Brilliant. Again, Jen did great. I wasn't too red afterwards and the next day my boyfriend commented that my skin looked more "youthful." In the future, I'd schedule the Lumena special where Jen customizes treatment based on your skin's needs. 10/10 recommend. Prices are reasonable and you can rest easy knowing you are in capable hands.

Now for the service: My tech was honestly a godsend. Her work was incredibly precise, and if I had any questions about each step, she was happy to answer. Even though I was there for about an hour and a half, I feel like she worked relatively quickly for the quality of job she did. I ended up insanely happy with my nails. They are exactly what I was hoping for and the prep that she did will surely ensure that they'll last a while. Nina, the owner (I believe) is really sweet and both women were really humbly accepting my compliments. Nina said that they've opened recently and I do hope that they stay open for a long time. A "normal" Russian manicure is $90, but I ended up paying about $70, but that was because I tipped a decent amount and I had gel x on previously, which was removed for $15. This place is 50 min from my apartment and I'd gladly travel that far to come back. Don't walk, run to get your nails done here.
