I called and requested that they look at the crown to see what happened, and they said I had to pay $100 just to have the defective crown examined. They told me there's no warranty at all on their crowns, even if it broke 1 week later!! A quality crown that is done correctly should last 15-20 years. Why go to a dentist that doesn't stand behind their work? I do not recommend.

I am now left with pain, sensitivity, uneven teeth, and visible inconsistencies--two teeth are noticeably larger and discolored. I have reached out more than 10 times to try to resolve this, but communication has been extremely poor. Once payment was made, the level of care and accountability dropped significantly.
