I ordered it on a toasted brioche bun with tomato, lettuce, and their house-made remoulade sauce. It was fantastic-- flaky, perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and one of the best grouper sandwiches I've had in the area. All sandwiches come with kettle chips, and you can upgrade to potato salad or coleslaw for just $2. The menu has so many tempting options I can't wait to try next time: the California Chicken Wrap, thank Classic Patty Melt, Bahama Mama smoked sausage, and plenty of cold deli sandwiches like the Turkey Club and Tuna Salad on croissant.
