The owner claims he made it the right way, but I can tell the difference between mozzarella and American cheese. It's the texture one is creamier. I only ate 1/2 because I can't stand the texture or flavor of American cheese. My wife did complain about her steak and cheese saying it lacked flavor, she ate my other half of the garlic one today for lunch and said that was good and would order that if we decided to go back. I'm changing my review from 3 stars to five stars just for the customer service response from owner
