I discovered this coffee shop while driving by the area. Now I know why I had never heard of it before... Decoration was more cramped and messy than a teenage boy's room. I ordered an iced latte with oat milk and I should have ran the second I saw the ice being pulled from a home fridge. I took a quick whiff off my latte and I knew I was in trouble. I love this neighborhood cafe. The coffee is organic and they have a great selection of alternative milks, plus gluten free baked goods. They also sell art, t-shirts and artsy accessories--I like that they support local artists. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, right on the water, which is nice. I've been going regularly to this coffee shop since it opened. I love the atmosphere, the food, coffees, smoothies and juices. The decor is charming, and there is gorgeous, on-the-water, outdoor seating as well. Melody, the owner, does everything she can to make everyone feel welcome, and to accommodate each patron. The same goes for the rest of the "baristas", and the one male "baristo", who steps in to help out when it's very busy, or if the ladies need a day off. He is a sweet, lovable guy with a sense of humor. The whole team is great!! This little coffee shop has a lot to offer, even guilt-free, waste-free takeout containers through BekkoBox. We visited here yesterday and were very disappointed. We ordered iced coffees and 2 Acai bowls. The bowls were the worst I've ever had, I make better ones at home. The whole bowl was blend and a sprinkle of granola with like 4 strawberry and banana slices each. We both felt like we had to drink the whole bowl because it was so watery. On top of that it was $11 for each. We get Acai bowls in our hometown and have never had anything close to this. The iced coffees were very expensive for something my kids could of made. $1 per flavor shot and 2.50 per espresso shot. I can get coffee at Starbucks for a fraction. The lounge itself was cute and employees nice. The employee had to double check our order because it was so high $75. I would not recommend anyone get the Acai bowls unless you want a bowl of soup. read more

We have been here a few times before. Today left us feeling very unwelcome. After working many days in a row, we were excited to come to our new coffee spot. When we walked up to the register, the male employee rushed us a long and dismissively asked us, "What do you want man?" My boyfriend ordered our usual and he promptly gave us the total... we weren't done ordering. He seemed annoyed that we had more to order. I'm confused on what we did wrong or how wanting to contribute to their coffee shop is irritating? Then he flat out lied to us about if he had more of the cookies. There were two left in the display case and he looked in the back and told us there were no more. What about the ones right in front of you? I'm really disappointed because this is such a wonderful environment to hang out in and really good coffee. I'm not sure what was going on but it was enough to make us not want to come back. read more

Green smoothie was priced right but did not taste good at all. The barista never smiled or greeted me and took forever to make the smoothie, maybe she was new. Someone came and helped her and they had to add more to it because the smoothie was too short since I paid for a large. no gloves at all and reaching in for the frozen fruit out of the bag with their hands!! read more
