The staff are always friendly and they make each coffee to order with precision and care. One of my favorite parts of Werewolf is that you can always find seating. I get frustrated going to a coffee shop to work and discovering there are no places to sit. That has never happened at Werewolf! Plus the ambiance is so cool! Steampunk chic meets werewolf creepy. Despite that ambiance description, it is also clean and bright. Bathrooms require keys and are for customers only. Whenever we are nearby, especially after getting off the Metra at Clybourn, Werewolf Coffee is a must!

It came with the MOST delicious cold foam on top that I've ever had. I would literally order this drink again just for the cold foam. The matcha itself was nothing noteworthy, but I overall enjoyed my drink. The tables are quite small but they do have free Wi-Fi. My visit to the mothership location they were great. Today the fritter was dry and tasted stale. I can't hold dark matter 100% accountable but suppliers should know their standard and only provide top tier products. Over all I would go back with said issues in mind and enjoy another drip. Their espresso was very smooth, and the amount of vanilla was perfect--I have absolutely no complaints. The barista was also super nice and efficient. The customer immediately requested for a refund after taking a sip while in the shop. Customer expressed that the Matcha drink tasted only of milk. The Barista declined the refund because the matcha was "ceremonial grade" and it tastes like milk because there is milk in it and did not offer any other solution. His tone was argumentative and condescending. I'm not a matcha expert, but the service was terrible. There may be many kinds of ceremonial grade matcha and it was not what she probably was used to, but there is no way to talk to a customer that way when she was speaking from a concerned tone. Location: great location. Ampule parking. Quality of coffee: It was bland for my liking(also tasted like mainly milk) and I can see why people would like to add more syrup or flavor. Therefore, I understand the concern about lack of flavor.

Therefore, I'm glad I could be part of this while enjoying my lavender latte and blueberry lemon scone. I found the prices of items reasonable for the city standard. Plenty of outlets could be located in almost every seat and that was definitely a huge plus for me!
