It's a wonder that this location is still open. The young ladies that work from 1:p-6:p give their friends free drinks. They have at least 15-20 friends come in every day. Not the best experience. Since it was our first time here, my wife asked if they do "poor-over" coffee. The individual looked at us with a blank stare and said "ide have to think about that." What? Lol. It's either a yes or no question. I asked about an item on the menu and they couldn't tell me much about it. They got all our orders correct and had to ask us what our last drink was again because they didn't write it down. I went here for the first time with my brother and we ordered a French roast coffee and iced latte. Both of the coffee's literally tasted like water. There was barely even a hint of coffee. We ended up throwing the coffee away because it wasn't drinkable and went to Starbucks across the street. It would be cool if the folks that run this business re-evaluate the quality control. I love Beans and Brew however I drive past this one in particular and prefer to drive further to get my drink, they are rude and always expect a tip. I also work based on tips and no! Not always deserve a tip especially for one drink that is not even coffee. Entitlement is one of the worst traits young people seem to have, so I just drive someplace else cause I love my drink and other locations are noticeably different and professional as well. Terrible. I would leave zero stars if I could. I normally love beans and brew but I went last week and ordered two easy drinks that they always have pre-made in blenders. My total was 13.31 and I didn't tip as it was a drive thru purchase, however then my card got charged 15.31. Two dollars isn't a huge deal its the fact that they fraudulently charged my card to tip themselves that is awful. I normally do tip for large orders or when I order something they have to customize. However I am never going back to beans and brew. Starbucks makes your drinks fresh and doesn't commit fraud so I think ill stick with that. read more

Beans and Brews coffee is always good but our drinks would have been enjoyed a little bit more without the side of attitude we received from the barista in the drive thru. We requested our order, confirmed the order twice, and when we got to the window, the barista got one of our drinks wrong. When we corrected her, we immediately received a barrage of sighs and blame placed upon us for confirming an incorrect order that was caught immediately. I understand that it's summer and for most teens, this may be their first or second job; however they're in for a rude awakening if they think that attitude will bring customers back. read more

We live fairly close to this location. We also just recently moved to Utah from Washington, we were told by many people to try beans and brews. We've been to plenty of other locations which are great. This location however is awful. The people who work here are rude and close the window in your face before you've had a chance to order your drinks. They also refuse to tell you the drink flavoring menu, and as we sat at the window we heard the lady telling cars behind us the flavoring list. Then we received the one drink with no flavor in it, just highly disappointed in how we were treated this morning. We will continue to go to other location, but unlikely to come back to this one. read more

I will be honest that in the past we have had a fine experience with this establishment and that's why the 3 stars as opposed to none. I have a milk allergy and generally don't have an issue with coffee as long as a milk alternative is used. Today we decided to try tea lattes and asked if the chai tea could be made vegan- specifically dairy free. The person assisting us let us know that from what they saw on the base ingredients for their chai mix it looked to be vegan to them. So we grabbed two teas with milk alternative and as we were paying I decided I should look up allergy info on the website just to be sure. Sure enough- nonfat dry milk is the second ingredient on the chai mix according to the website. We had already paid for our teas so we just ended up dumping them. I'm glad I checked before having something serious happen, but what a bummer and waste of money. Only one star because I can't vote any lower. One day I came in and one of the bosses was screaming at an employee about how another employee was a "f*cking idiot" and should be fired! The lobby had at least ten other customers, some with children and everyone in the store could here her yelling. The poor woman was just in shock, I felt so bad! I cannot imagine how that horrible woman has kept her business this long. She is rude and her daughter, who is the DM is even worse! Will never be receiving my business again.
